Isaiah 29:1 (HOV) Hindi Old BSI Version

1 हाय, अरीएल, अरीएल, हाय उस नगर पर जिस में दाऊद छावनी किए हुए रहा! वर्ष पर वर्ष जाड़ते जाओ, उत्सव के पर्व अपने अपने समय पर मनाते जाओ।
2 तौभी मैं तो अरीएल को सकेती में डालूंगा, वहां रोना पीटना रहेगा, और वह मेरी दृष्टि में सचमुच अरीएल सा ठहरेगा।
3 और मैं चारों ओर तेरे विरुद्ध छावनी कर के तुझे कोटों से घेर लूंगा, और तेरे विरुद्ध गढ़ भी बनाऊंगा।
4 तब तू गिराकर भूमि में डाला जाएगा, और धूल पर से बोलेगा, और तेरी बात भूमि से धीमी धीमी सुनाई देगी; तेरा बोल भूमि पर से प्रेत का सा होगा, और तू धूल से गुनगुनाकर बोलेगा॥
5 तब तेरे परदेशी बैरियों की भीड़ सूक्ष्म धूलि की नाईं, और उन भयानक लोगों की भीड़ भूसे की नाईं उड़ाईं जाएगी।
6 और सेनाओं का यहोवा अचानक बादल गरजाता, भूमि को कम्पाता, और महाध्वनि करता, बवण्डर और आंधी चलाता, और नाश करने वाली अग्नि भड़काता हुआ उसके पास आएगा।
7 और जातियों की सारी भीड़ जो अरीएल से युद्ध करेगी, ओर जितने लोग उसके और उसके गढ़ के विरुद्ध लड़ेंगे और उसको सकेती में डालेंगे, वे सब रात के देखे हुए स्वप्न के समान ठहरेंगे।
8 और जैसा कोई भूखा स्वपन में तो देखता है कि वह खा रहा है, परन्तु जाग कर देखता है कि उसका पेट भूखा ही है, वा कोई प्यासा स्वपन में देखें की वह पी रहा है, परन्तु जाग कर देखता है कि उसका गला सूखा जाता है और वह प्यासा मर रहा है; वैसी ही उन सब जातियों की भीड़ की दशा होगी जो सिय्योन पर्वत से युद्ध करेंगी॥
9 ठहर जाओ और चकित होओ! वे मतवाले तो हैं, परन्तु दाखमधु से नहीं, वे डगमगाते तो हैं, परन्तु मदिरा पीने से नहीं!
10 यहोवा ने तुम को भारी नींद में डाल दिया है और उसने तुम्हारी नबीरूपी आंखों को बन्द कर दिया है और तुम्हारे दर्शीरूपी सिरों पर पर्दा डाला है।
11 इसलिये सारे दर्शन तुम्हारे लिये एक लपेटी और मुहर की हुई पुस्तक की बातों के समान हैं, जिसे कोई पड़े-लिखे मनुष्य को यह कहकर दे, इसे पढ़, और वह कहे, मैं नहीं पढ़ सकता क्योंकि इस पर मुहर की हुई है।
12 तब वही पुस्तक अनपढ़े को यह कह कर दी जाए, इसे पढ़, और वह कहे, मैं तो अनपढ़ हूं॥
13 और प्रभु ने कहा, ये लोग जो मुंह से मेरा आदर करते हुए समीप आते परन्तु अपना मन मुझ से दूर रखते हैं, और जो केवल मनुष्यों की आज्ञा सुन सुनकर मेरा भय मानते हैं।
14 इस कारण सुन, मैं इनके साथ अद्भुत काम वरन अति अद्भुत और अचम्भे का काम करूंगा; तब इनके बुद्धिमानों की बुद्धि नष्ट होगी, और इनके प्रवीणों की प्रवीणता जाती रहेगी॥
15 हाय उन पर जो अपनी युक्ति को यहोवा से छिपाने का बड़ा यत्न करते, और अपने काम अन्धेरे में कर के कहते हैं, हम को कौन देखता है? हम को कौन जानता है?
16 तुम्हारी कैसी उलटी समझ है! क्या कुम्हार मिट्टी के तुल्य गिना जाएगा? क्या बनाई हुई वस्तु अपने कर्त्ता के विषय कहे कि उसने मुझे नहीं बनाया, वा रची हुई वस्तु अपने रचने वाले के विषय कहे, कि वह कुछ समझ नहीं रखता?
17 क्या अब थोड़े ही दिनों के बीतने पर लबानोन फिर फलदाई बारी न बन जाएगा, और फलदाई बारी जंगल न गिनी जाएगी?
18 उस समय बहिरे पुस्तक की बातें सुनने लेगेंगे, और अन्धे जिन्हें अब कुछ नहीं सूझता, वे देखने लेगेंगे।
19 नम्र लोग यहोवा के कारण फिर आनन्दित होंगे, और दरिद्र मनुष्य इस्राएल के पवित्र के कारण मगन होंगे।
20 क्योंकि उपद्रवी फिर न रहेंगे और ठट्ठा करने वालों का अन्त होगा, और जो अनर्थ करने के लिये जागते रहते हैं, जो मनुष्यों को वचन में फंसाते हैं,
21 और जो सभा में उलहना देते उनके लिये फंदा लगाते, और धर्म को व्यर्थ बात के द्वारा बिगाड़ देते हैं, वे सब मिट जाएंगे॥
22 इस कारण इब्राहीम का छुड़ाने वाला यहोवा, याकूब के घराने के विषय यों कहता है, याकूब को फिर लज्जित होना न पड़ेगा, उसका मुख फिर नीचा न होगा।
23 क्योंकि जब उसके सन्तान मेरा काम देखेंगे, जो मैं उनके बीच में करूंगा, तब वे मेरे नाम को पवित्र मानेंगे, और इस्राएल के परमेश्वर का अति भय मानेंगे।
24 उस समय जिनका मन भटका हो वे बुद्धि प्राप्त करेंगे, और जो कुड़कुड़ाते हैं वह शिक्षा ग्रहण करेंगे॥

4 And thou shalt be brought down H8213 , and shalt speak H1696 VPY2FS out of the ground H776 M-NFS , and thy speech H565 shall be low H7817 out of the dust H6083 , and thy voice H6963 shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , as of one that hath a familiar spirit H178 , out of the ground H776 M-NFS , and thy speech H565 shall whisper H6850 out of the dust H6083 WM-NMS .
5 Moreover the multitude H1995 of thy strangers H2114 shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS like small H1851 dust H80 , and the multitude H1995 of the terrible ones H6184 shall be as chaff H4671 WK-NMS that passeth away H5674 : yea , it shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS at an instant H6621 suddenly H6597 ADV .
6 Thou shalt be visited H6485 of M-PREP the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 with thunder H7482 , and with earthquake H7494 , and great H1419 AMS noise H6963 W-CMS , with storm H5492 NFS and tempest H5591 , and the flame H3851 W-NMS of devouring H398 fire H784 CMS .
7 And the multitude H1995 of all H3605 NMS the nations H1471 D-NMP that fight H6633 against H5921 PREP Ariel H740 , even all H3605 NMS that fight H6633 against her and her munition H4685 , and that distress H6693 her , shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS as a dream H2472 of a night H3915 GMS vision H2377 .
8 It shall even be H1961 W-VQQ3MS as when H834 K-RPRO a hungry H7457 man dreameth H2492 , and , behold H2009 IJEC , he eateth H398 ; but he awaketh H6974 , and his soul H5315 NMS-3MS is empty H7386 : or as when H834 a thirsty man H6771 dreameth H2492 , and , behold H2009 IJEC , he drinketh H8354 VQPMS ; but he awaketh H6974 , and , behold H2009 IJEC , he is faint H5889 AMS , and his soul H5315 W-CFS-3MS hath appetite H8264 : so H3651 ADV shall the multitude H1995 of all H3605 NMS the nations H1471 D-NMP be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , that fight H6633 against H5921 PREP mount H2022 CMS Zion H6726 .
9 Stay yourselves H4102 , and wonder H8539 ; cry ye out H8173 , and cry H8173 : they are drunken H7937 , but not H3808 W-NPAR with wine H3196 NMS ; they stagger H5128 , but not H3808 W-NPAR with strong drink H7941 .
10 For H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS hath poured out H5258 upon H5921 PREP-2MP you the spirit H7307 NFS of deep sleep H8639 NFS , and hath closed H6105 your eyes H5869 CMP-2MP : the prophets H5030 and your rulers H7218 , the seers H2374 hath he covered H3680 VPQ3MS .

12 And the book H5612 is delivered H5414 to H5921 PREP him that H834 RPRO is not learned H3045 VQQ3MS , saying H559 L-VQFC , Read H7121 VQI2MP this H2088 DPRO , I pray thee H4994 IJEC : and he saith H559 , I am not learned H3045 VQY1MS .
13 Wherefore the Lord H136 EDS said H559 W-VQY3MS , Forasmuch H3282 ADV as this H2088 D-PMS people H5971 draw near H5066 me with their mouth H6310 B-CMS-3MS , and with their lips H8193 do honor H3513 me , but have removed their heart far H7368 from H4480 M-PREP-1MS me , and their fear H3374 toward H854 me is H1961 W-VQY3FS taught H3925 by the precept H4687 CFS of men H376 NMP :
14 Therefore H3651 L-ADV , behold H2009 , I will proceed H3254 to do a marvelous work H6381 among H854 PREP this H2088 D-PMS people H5971 , even a marvelous work H6381 and a wonder H6382 : for the wisdom H2451 of their wise H2450 men shall perish H6 , and the understanding H998 of their prudent H995 men shall be hid H5641 .

16 Surely H518 PART your turning of things upside down H2017 shall be esteemed H2803 as the potter H3335 \'s clay H2563 K-CMS : for H3588 CONJ shall the work H4639 NMS say H559 VQY3MS of him that made H6213 it , He made H6213 me not H3808 NADV ? or shall the thing framed H3336 say H559 VQQ3MS of him that framed H3335 it , He had no understanding H995 ?
17 Is it not H3808 D-NPAR yet H5750 ADV a very H4213 little while H4592 AMS , and Lebanon H3844 shall be turned H7725 W-VQQ3MS into a fruitful field H3759 , and the fruitful field H3759 shall be esteemed H2803 as a forest H3293 ?
18 And in that H1931 D-PPRO-3MS day H3117 shall the deaf H2795 hear H8085 the words H1697 CMP of the book H5612 CMS , and the eyes H5869 CMD of the blind H5787 shall see H7200 out of obscurity H652 , and out of darkness H2822 .
19 The meek H6035 also shall increase H3254 their joy H8057 in the LORD H3068 , and the poor H34 among men H120 NMS shall rejoice H1523 in the Holy One H6918 of Israel H3478 .
20 For H3588 CONJ the terrible one H6184 is brought to naught H656 , and the scorner H3887 is consumed H3615 , and all H3605 NMS that watch H8245 for iniquity H205 NMS are cut off H3772 :
21 That make a man an offender H2398 for a word H1697 B-NMS , and lay a snare H6983 for him that reproveth H3198 in the gate H8179 , and turn aside H5186 the just H6662 for a thing of naught H8414 .
22 Therefore H3651 L-ADV thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS , who H834 RPRO redeemed H6299 VQQ3MS Abraham H85 , concerning H413 PREP the house H1004 CMS of Jacob H3290 , Jacob H3290 shall not H3808 ADV now H6258 ADV be ashamed H954 , neither H3808 W-NADV shall his face H6440 CMP-3MS now H6258 ADV wax pale H2357 .
23 But when H3588 CONJ he seeth H7200 his children H3206 , the work H4639 M-CMS of mine hands H3027 , in the midst H7130 of him , they shall sanctify H6942 my name H8034 , and sanctify H6942 the Holy One H6918 of Jacob H3290 , and shall fear H6206 the God H430 CDP of Israel H3478 .
24 They also that erred H8582 in spirit H7307 NFS shall come H3045 to understanding H998 NFS , and they that murmured H7279 shall learn H3925 doctrine H3948 .
