Deuteronomy 25:10 (HOV) Hindi Old BSI Version

1 यदि मनुष्यों के बीच कोई झगड़ा हो, और वे न्याय करवाने के लिये न्यायियों के पास जाएं, और वे उनका न्याय करें, तो निर्दोष को निर्दोष और दोषी को दोषी ठहराएं।
2 और यदि दोषी मार खाने के योग्य ठहरे, तो न्यायी उसको गिरवाकर अपने साम्हने जैसा उसका दोष हो उसके अनुसार कोड़े गिन गिनकर लगवाए।
3 वह उसे चालीस कोड़े तक लगवा सकता है, इस से अधिक नहीं लगवा सकता; ऐसा न हो कि इस से अधिक बहुत मार खिलवाने से तेरा भाई तेरी दृष्टि में तुच्छ ठहरे॥
4 दांवते समय चलते हुए बैल का मुंह न बान्धना।
5 जब कोई भाई संग रहते हों, और उन में से एक निपुत्र मर जाए, तो उसकी स्त्री का ब्याह पर गोत्री से न किया जाए; उसके पति का भाई उसके पास जा कर उसे अपनी पत्नी कर ले, और उस से पति के भाई का धर्म पालन करे।
6 और जो पहिला बेटा उस स्त्री से उत्पन्न हो वह उस मरे हुए भाई के नाम का ठहरे, जिस से कि उसका नाम इस्राएल में से मिट न जाए।
7 यदि उस स्त्री के पति के भाई को उसे ब्याहना न भाए, तो वह स्त्री नगर के फाटक पर वृद्ध लोगों के पास जा कर कहे, कि मेरे पति के भाई ने अपने भाई का नाम इस्त्राएल में बनाए रखने से नकार दिया है, और मुझ से पति के भाई का धर्म पालन करना नहीं चाहता।
8 तब उस नगर के वृद्ध उस पुरूष को बुलवाकर उसे समझाएं; और यदि वह अपनी बात पर अड़ा रहे, और कहे, कि मुझे इस को ब्याहना नहीं भावता,
9 तो उसके भाई की पत्नी उन वृद्ध लोगों के साम्हने उसके पास जा कर उसके पांव से जूती उतारे, और उसके मूंह पर थूक दे; और कहे, जो पुरूष अपने भाई के वंश को चलाना न चाहे उस से इसी प्रकार व्यवहार किया जाएगा।
10 तब इस्राएल में उस पुरूष का यह नाम पड़ेगा, अर्थात जूती उतारे हुए पुरूष का घराना॥
11 यदि दो पुरूष आपस में मारपीट करते हों, और उन में से एक की पत्नी अपने पति को मारने वाले के हाथ से छुड़ाने के लिये पास जाए, और अपना हाथ बढ़ाकर उसके गुप्त अंग को पकड़े,
12 तो उस स्त्री का हाथ काट डालना; उस पर तरस न खाना॥
13 अपनी थैली में भांति भांति के अर्थात घटती-बढ़ती बटखरे न रखना।
14 अपने घर में भांति भांति के, अर्थात घटती-बढ़ती नपुए न रखना।
15 तेरे बटखरे और नपुए पूरे पूरे और धर्म के हों; इसलिये कि जो देश तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे देता है उस में तेरी आयु बहुत हो।
16 क्योंकि ऐसे कामों में जितने कुटिलता करते हैं वे सब तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा की दृष्टि में घृणित हैं॥
17 स्मरण रख कि जब तू मिस्र से निकलकर आ रहा था तब अमालेक ने तुझ से मार्ग में क्या किया,
18 अर्थात उन को परमेश्वर का भय न था; इस कारण उसने जब तू मार्ग में थका मांदा था, तब तुझ पर चढ़ाई करके जितने निर्बल होने के कारण सब से पीछे थे उन सभों को मारा।
19 इसलिये जब तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा उस देश में, जो वह तेरा भाग करके तेरे अधिकार में कर देता है, तुझे चारों ओर के सब शत्रुओं से विश्राम दे, तब अमालेक का नाम धरती पर से मिटा डालना; और तुम इस बात को न भूलना॥

6 And it shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , that the firstborn H1060 which H834 RPRO she beareth H3205 shall succeed H6965 VQY3MS in H5921 PREP the name H8034 CMS of his brother H251 CMS-3MS which is dead H4191 , that his name H8034 CMS-3MS be not H3808 W-NPAR put out H4229 of Israel H3478 .
7 And if H518 W-PART the man H376 D-NMS like H2654 VQY3MS not H3808 NADV to take H3947 L-VQFC his brother\'s wife H2994 , then let his brother\'s wife H2994 go up H5927 to the gate H8179 unto H413 PREP the elders H2205 , and say H559 , My husband\'s brother H2993 refuseth H3985 to raise up H6965 unto his brother H251 a name H8034 CMS in Israel H3478 , he will H14 not H3808 NADV perform the duty of my husband\'s brother H2992 .
8 Then the elders H2205 of his city H5892 shall call H7121 him , and speak H1696 unto H413 PREP-3MS him : and if he stand H5975 W-VQQ3MS to it , and say H559 , I like H2654 VQQ1MS not H3808 NADV to take H3947 her ;
9 Then shall his brother\'s wife H2994 come H5066 unto H413 PREP-3MS him in the presence H5869 of the elders H2205 , and loose H2502 his shoe H5275 from off H5921 M-PREP his foot H7272 CFS-3MS , and spit H3417 in his face H6440 , and shall answer H6030 and say H559 , So H3602 ADV shall it be done H6213 unto that man H376 LD-NMS that H834 RPRO will not H3808 NADV build up H1129 his brother H251 CMP-3MS \'s house H1004 CMS .
10 And his name H8034 CMS-3MS shall be called H7121 in Israel H3478 , The house H1004 CMS of him that hath his shoe H5275 loosed H2502 .
11 When H3588 CONJ men H376 NMS strive H5327 together H3162 ADV-3MS one H376 NMS with another H251 , and the wife H802 CFS of the one H259 D-AMS draweth near H7126 for to deliver H5337 L-VHFC her husband H376 NMS out of the hand H3027 M-GFS of him that smiteth H5221 him , and putteth forth H7971 her hand H3027 , and taketh H2388 him by the secrets H4016 :
12 Then thou shalt cut off H7112 her hand H3709 , thine eye H5869 shall not H3808 NADV pity H2347 her .
13 Thou shalt not H3808 ADV have H1961 VQY3MS in thy bag H3599 divers weights H68 GFS , a great H1419 AMS-3FS and a small H6996 .
14 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV have H1961 VQY3MS in thine house H1004 divers measures H374 , a great H1419 AMS-3FS and a small H6996 .
15 But thou shalt have H1961 VQY3MS a perfect H8003 and just H6664 weight H68 GFS , a perfect H8003 and just H6664 measure H374 shalt thou have H1961 VQY3MS : that H4616 L-CONJ thy days H3117 CMP-2MS may be lengthened H748 in H5921 PREP the land H127 D-NFS which H834 RPRO the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS giveth H5414 VQPMS thee .

17 Remember H2142 what H834 RPRO Amalek H6002 did H6213 VQQ3MS unto thee by the way H1870 , when ye were come forth H3318 out of Egypt H4714 ;

19 Therefore it shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , when the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS hath given thee rest H5117 from all H3605 M-CMS thine enemies H341 VQPMP-2MS round about H5439 M-ADV , in the land H776 B-NFS which H834 RPRO the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS thy God H430 CMP-2MS giveth H5414 VQPMS thee for an inheritance H5159 NFS to possess H3423 it , that thou shalt blot out H4229 the remembrance H2143 of Amalek H6002 from under H8478 M-CFS heaven H8064 D-AMP ; thou shalt not H3808 NADV forget H7911 it .
