9 సీవాను అనే మూడో నెలలో ఇరవై మూడో రోజున రాజుగారి లేఖికులను పిలిచారు. మొర్దెకై ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్టు యూదులకు, ఇండియా నుండి ఇతియోపియా వరకూ విస్తరించిన 127 సంస్థానాల్లోని అధిపతులకు, అధికారులకు, వివిధ సంస్థానాలకు వాటి లిపిలో, వాటి భాషల్లో శాసనాలు రాశారు.

ERVTA   மிக விரைவாக அரசனின் செயலாளர்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்டனர். இது சீவான் என்னும் மூன்றாவது மாதத்தின் 23வது நாளில் நடந்தது அச்செயலாளர்கள் மொர்தெகாயின் அனைத்து கட்டளைகளையும் யூதர்கள், தலைவர்கள், ஆளுநர்கள், 127 மாகாணங்களில் உள்ள அதிகாரிகள் என அனைவருக்கும் எழுதினார்கள். அம்மாகாணங்கள் இந்தியா முதல் எத்தியோப்பியாவரை இருந்தது. இந்த கட்டளை ஒவ்வொரு மாகாணத்தின் மொழியிலும் எழுதப்பட்டது. ஒவ்வொரு குழு ஜனங்களின் மொழியிலும் இந்த கட்டளை மொழி பெயர்க்கப்பட்டது. இந்த கட்டளை யூதர்களின் சொந்த மொழியிலும் சொந்த எழுத்திலும் எழுதப்பட்டது.
RCTA   சீபான் என்னும் மூன்றாம் மாதம் இருபத்து மூன்றாம் நாள் அரசனின் செயலர்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்டனர். இவர்கள் மார்தொக்கே விருப்பப்படி யூதர்களுக்கும் இந்தியா முதல் எத்தியோப்பியா வரை இருந்த நூற்றிருபத்தேழு மாநிலங்களின் சிற்றரசர்களுக்கும் ஆளுநர்களுக்கும் நீதிபதிகளுக்கும், அந்தந்த நாட்டு யூதர்களும் ஏனைய மக்களும் பேசிவந்த மொழிகளில் கட்டளைக் கடிதங்களை எழுதி அனுப்பினர்.
ECTA   சீவான் என்ற மூன்றாம் மாதத்தில், இருபத்து மூன்றாம் நாளன்று மன்னரின் எழுத்தர்கள் வரவழைக்கப்பட்டனர். மொர்தக்காய் இட்ட ஆணையின்படியே யூதர் அனைவருக்கும் இந்தியா தொடங்கி எத்தியோப்பியா வரையிலுள்ள நூற்றிருபத்தேழு மாநிலங்களின் குறுநில மன்னர்களுக்கும், மாநிலங்களின் ஆளுநர் அனைவர்க்கும் மானிலத் தலைவர் அனைவருக்கும் அவர்தம் மக்களின் வரிவடிவ வாரியாகவும், மொழி வாரியாகவும், மடல்கள் வரையப் பெற்றன.

KNV   ಆಗ ಅದೇ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೀವಾನ್‌ ಎಂಬುವ ಮೂರನೇ ತಿಂಗಳ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮೂರನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸನ ಲೇಖಕರು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು. ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಕಲ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಭಾರತ ಮೊದಲು ಗೊಂಡು ಕೂಷಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಇರುವ ನೂರಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳ ಯಜಮಾನರಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅದರ ಬರಹದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾ ರವೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಬರಹದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಅವರ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
ERVKN   ಕೂಡಲೇ ರಾಜಲೇಖಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಂದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜಾಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಾನಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಿಂದುಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಇಥಿಯೋಪ್ಯದ ತನಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನೂರಿಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಗೆ, ಜನನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಯಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಲಿಪಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಾದ ಸೀವಾನ್ ಮಾಸದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
IRVKN   ಆಗ ರಾಜಲೇಖಕರು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರು ಬಂದು ಮೂರನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಾದ ಜೇಷ್ಠಮಾಸದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಯ ಆಜ್ಞಾನುಸಾರ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೂ, ಭಾರತ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಕೂಷಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಇರುವ ನೂರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಉಪರಾಜರಿಗೂ, ದೇಶಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆದರು. ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಆಯಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಬರಹಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಆಯಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದವು. ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ಬರಹದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಲಿಖಿತವಾದವು.
HOV   सो उसी समय अर्थात सीवान नाम तीसरे महीने के तेईसवें दिन को राजा के लेखक बुलवाए गए और जिस जिस बात की आज्ञा मोर्दकै ने उन्हें दी थी उसे यहूदियों और अधिपतियोंऔर हिन्दुस्तान से ले कर कूश तक, जो एक सौ सत्ताईस प्रान्त हैं, उन सभों के अधिपतियों और हाकिमों को एक एक प्रान्त के अक्षरों में और एक एक देश के लोगों की भाषा में, और यहूदियों को उनके अक्षरों और भाषा में लिखी गई।
ERVHI   राजा के सचिवों को तत्काल बुलाया गया। सीवान नाम के तीसरे महीने की तेईसवीं तारीख को वह आदेश पत्र लिखा गया। यहूदियों के लिये मोर्दकै के सभी आदेशों को सचिवों ने लिखकर यहूदियों, मुखियाओं, राज्यपालों और एक सौ सत्ताईस प्रांतो के अधिकारियों के पास पहुँचा दिया। ये प्रांत भारत से लेकर कूश तक फैले हुए थे। ये आदेश पत्र हर प्रांत की लिपि और भाषा में लिखे गये थे और हर देश के लोगों की भाषा में उसका अनुवाद किया गया था। यहूदियों के लिये ये आदेश उन की अपनी भाषा और उनकी अपनी लिपि में लिखे गये थे।

GUV   આથી ત્રીજા એટલે કે સીવાન મહિનાના, ત્રેવીસમા દિવસે રાજાના મંત્રીઓને બોલાવવામાં આવ્યા અને બરાબર મોર્દૃખાયના કહેવા પ્રમાણે યહૂદીઓને લગતો એક હુકમ હિંદુસ્તાનથી તે કૂશ સુધીના એકસો ને સત્તાવીશ પ્રાંતના સૂબાઓ, રાજ્યપાલો, અને અમલદારોને તે પ્રાંતની ભાષાઓમાં અને લિપિમાં, તેમજ યહૂદીઓની ભાષા અને લિપિમાં લખાવવામાં આવ્યો.

PAV   ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਸੀਵਾਨ ਦੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਤੇਈਵੀਂ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਸੱਦੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਦਕਈ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਰ ਮਨਸਬਦਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਬ - ਮਨਸਬਦਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਿੰਦ ਤੋਂ ਕੂਸ਼ ਤੀਕ ਇੱਕ ਸੌ ਸਤਾਈ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ ਹਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰ ਹਰ ਉੱਮਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ
IRVPA   ਉਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਸੀਵਾਨ ਨਾਮਕ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਤੇਈਵੀਂ ਤਾਰੀਖ਼ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਾ ਦੇ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਦਕਈ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਕਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੂਸ਼ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਸੌ ਸਤਾਈ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਕਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ, ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
URV   سو اسی وقت تیسرے مہینے یعنی سیوان مہینے کی تیسویں تاریخ کو بادشاہ کے منشی طلب کئے گئے اور جو کچھ مردکی نے ہندوستان سے کوش تک ایک سوستائیس صوبوں کے یہودیوں اور نوابوں اور حاکموں اور صوبوں کے امیروں کو حکم دیا وہ سب ہر صوبہ کو اسی کےحروف اور ہر قوم کو اسی کی زبان اور یہودیوں کو انکے حروف اور انکی زبان کے مطابق لکھا گیا۔
IRVUR   तब उसी वक़्त तीसरे महीने, या'नी सैवान महीने की तेइसवीं तारीख़ को, बादशाह के मुन्शी तलब किए गए और जो कुछ मर्दकै ने हिन्दोस्तान से कूश तक एक सौ सताईस सूबों के यहूदियों और नवाबों और हाकिमों और सूबों के अमीरों को हुक्म दिया, वह सब हर सूबे को उसी के हुरूफ़ और हर क़ौम को उसी की ज़बान, और यहूदियों को उनके हुरूफ़ और उनकी ज़बान के मुताबिक़ लिखा गया।
BNV   দ্রুত রাজার সমস্ত সচিবকে ডেকে পাঠানো হল| তৃতীয় মাসে অর্থাত্‌ সীবন মাসের 23 দিনে একাজ করা হল| এই সমস্ত সচিবরা তখন ইহুদীদের জন্য দেওয়া মর্দখয়ের নির্দেশগুলো লিখে নিল| সেই নির্দেশ ভারতবর্ষ থেকে কূশ দেশ পর্য়ন্ত বিস্তৃত 127 টি প্রদেশের প্রশাসক নেতা সকলকে পাঠানো হল| প্রত্যেকটি প্রাদেশিক ভাষায় সর্বজনবোধ্য ভাষায় নির্দেশগুলি লেখা হয়েছিল যাতে সবাই সহজে বুঝতে পারে| ইহুদীদের জন্য এই নির্দেশ তাদের নিজেদের ভাষায়, নিজস্ব বর্ণমালায লেখা হয়েছিল|
IRVBN   তখন তৃতীয় মাসে, অর্থাৎ সীবন মাসের তেইশ দিনের দিন রাজার লেখকদের ডাকা হল। আর মর্দখয়ের সমস্ত আদেশ অনুসারে ইন্ডিয়া থেকে কূশ পর্যন্ত একশো সাতাশটা বিভাগের ইহুদীদের, দেশের বিভাগের শাসনকর্ত্তাদের এবং উঁচু পদের কর্মচারীদের কাছে চিঠি লেখা হল। এই চিঠিগুলো প্রত্যেকটি বিভাগের অক্ষর প্রত্যেকটি জাতির ভাষা অনুসারে এবং ইহুদীদের অক্ষর ভাষা অনুসারে লেখা হল।
