Deuteronomy 13:4 (BNV) Bengali Old BSI Version

1 তোমার মধ্যে কোন ভাববাদী কিম্বা স্বপ্নদর্শক উঠিয়া যদি তোমার জন্য কোন চিহ্ন কিম্বা অদ্ভুত লক্ষণ নিরূপণ করে;
2 এবং সেই চিহ্ন কিম্বা অদ্ভুত লক্ষণ সফল হয়, যাহার সম্বন্ধে সে তোমার অজ্ঞাত অন্য দেবতাদের বিষয়ে তোমাদিগকে বলিয়াছিল, আইস, আমরা তাহাদের অনুগামী হই, ও তাহাদের সেবা করি,
3 তবে তুমি সেই ভাববাদীর কিম্বা সেই স্বপ্নদর্শকের বাক্যে কর্ণপাত করিও না; কেননা তোমরা তোমাদের সমস্ত হৃদয়ের ও তোমাদের সমস্ত প্রাণের সহিত আপনাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুকে প্রেম কর কি না, তাহা জানিবার জন্য তোমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের পরীক্ষা করেন।
4 তোমরা আপনাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুরই অনুগামী হও, তাঁহাকেই ভয় কর, তাঁহারই আজ্ঞা পালন কর, তাঁহারই রবে অবধান কর, তাঁহারই সেবা কর, ও তাঁহাতেই আসক্ত থাক।
5 আর সেই ভাববাদীর কিম্বা সেই স্বপ্নদর্শকের প্রাণদণ্ড করিতে হইবে; কেননা তোমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু, যিনি মিসর দেশ হইতে তোমাদিগকে বাহির করিয়া আনিয়াছেন, দাসগৃহ হইতে তোমাকে মুক্ত করিয়াছেন, তাঁহার বিরুদ্ধে সে বিপথগমনের কথা কহিয়াছে; এবং তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু যে পথে গমন করিতে তোমাকে আজ্ঞা করিয়াছেন, তাহা হইতে তোমাকে ভ্রষ্ট করা তাহার অভিপ্রায়। অতএব তুমি আপনার মধ্য হইতে দুষ্টাচার লোপ করিবে।
6 তোমার ভ্রাতা, তোমার সহোদর কিম্বা তোমার পুত্র কি কন্যা কিম্বা তোমার বক্ষের ভার্য্যা কিম্বা তোমার প্রাণতুল্য মিত্র যদি গোপনে তোমাকে প্রবৃত্তি দিয়া বলে, আইস, আমরা গিয়া অন্য দেবতাদের সেবা করি,
7 তোমার অজ্ঞাত ও তোমার পিতৃপুরুষদের অজ্ঞাত কোন দেবতা, তোমার চতুর্দ্দিক্‌স্থিত নিকটবর্ত্তী কিম্বা তোমা হইতে দূরবর্ত্তী, পৃথিবীর এক প্রান্ত হইতে অপর প্রান্ত পর্য্যন্ত যে কোন জাতির যে কোন দেবতা হউক,
8 তাহার বিষয়ে যদি এই কথা বলে, তবে তুমি সেই ব্যক্তির প্রস্তাবে সম্মত হইও না, তাহার কথায় কাণ দিও না; তোমার চক্ষু তাহার প্রতি দয়া করিবে না, তাহাকে কৃপা করিবে না, তাহাকে লুকাইয়া রাখিবে না।
9 কিন্তু অবশ্য তুমি তাহাকে বধ করিবে; তাহাকে বধ করিবার জন্য প্রথমে তুমিই তাহার উপরে হস্তার্পণ করিবে, পরে সমস্ত লোক হস্তার্পণ করিবে।
10 তুমি তাহাকে প্রস্তরাঘাত করিবে, যেন সে মরিয়া যায়; কেননা তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু, যিনি মিসর দেশ হইতে, দাসগৃহ হইতে, তোমাকে বাহির করিয়া আনিয়াছেন, তাঁহার অনুগমন হইতে সে তোমাকে ভ্রষ্ট করিতে চেষ্টা করিয়াছে।
11 তাহাতে সমস্ত ইস্রায়েল তাহা শুনিবে, ভয় পাইবে, এবং তোমার মধ্যে তাদৃশ দুষ্কর্ম্ম আর করিবে না।
12 তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমাকে যে যে নিবাসনগর দিবেন, তাহার কোন নগর সম্বন্ধে যদি শুনিতে পাও যে,
13 কতকগুলি পাষণ্ড তোমার মধ্য হইতে নির্গত হইয়া এই কথা বলিয়া আপন নগরনিবাসীদিগকে ভ্রষ্ট করিয়াছে, আইস, আমরা গিয়া অন্য দেবতাদের সেবা করি, যাহাদিগকে তোমরা জান না,
14 তবে তুমি জিজ্ঞাসা করিবে, অনুসন্ধান করিবে, ও যত্নপূর্ব্বক প্রশ্ন করিবে; আর দেখ, তোমার মধ্যে ঈদৃশ ঘৃণার্হ দুষ্কর্ম্ম হইয়াছে,
15 ইহা যদি সত্য ও নিশ্চিত হয়, তবে তুমি খড়গাধারে সেই নগরের নিবাসীদিগকে আঘাত করিবে, এবং নগর ও তাহার মধ্যস্থিত পশুশুদ্ধ সকলই খড়গধারে নিঃশেষে বিনষ্ট করিবে;
16 আর তাহার লুটিত দ্রব্য সকল তাহার চকের মধ্যে সংগ্রহ করিয়া সেই নগর ও সেই সকল দ্রব্য সর্ব্বতোভাবে আপন ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে অগ্নিতে পোড়াইয়া দিবে; তাহাতে সেই নগর চিরকালীন ঢিবি হইয়া থাকিবে, তাহা পুনর্ব্বার নির্ম্মিত হইবে না।
17 আর সেই বর্জ্জিত দ্রব্যের কিছুই তোমার হস্তে লগ্ন না থাকুক; যেন সদাপ্রভু আপন প্রচণ্ড ক্রোধ হইতে ফিরেন, এবং তিনি তোমার পিতৃপুরুষদের কাছে যে শপথ করিয়াছেন, তদনুসারে তোমার প্রতি কৃপা ও করুণা করেন, ও তোমার বৃদ্ধি করেন;
18 যখন তুমি তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর রবে কর্ণপাত করিয়া, আমি অদ্য তোমাকে যে যে আজ্ঞা দিতেছি, তাঁহার সেই সমস্ত আজ্ঞা পালন করিবে, ও তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর দৃষ্টিতে যথার্থ আচরণ করিবে।

2 And the sign H226 or the wonder H4159 come to pass, H935 whereof H834 he spoke H1696 unto H413 thee, saying, H559 Let us go H1980 after H310 other H312 gods, H430 which H834 thou hast not H3808 known, H3045 and let us serve H5647 them;
3 Thou shalt not H3808 hearken H8085 unto H413 the words H1697 of that H1931 prophet, H5030 or H176 that H1931 dreamer H2492 of dreams: H2472 for H3588 the LORD H3068 your God H430 proveth H5254 you , to know H3045 whether H3426 ye love H157 H853 the LORD H3068 your God H430 with all H3605 your heart H3824 and with all H3605 your soul. 4 Ye shall walk H1980 after H310 the LORD H3068 your God, H430 and fear H3372 him , and keep H8104 his commandments, H4687 and obey H8085 his voice, H6963 and ye shall serve H5647 him , and cleave H1692 unto him.
5 And that H1931 prophet, H5030 or H176 that H1931 dreamer H2492 of dreams, H2472 shall be put to death; H4191 because H3588 he hath spoken H1696 to turn you away H5627 from H5921 the LORD H3068 your God, H430 which brought you out H3318 H853 of the land H4480 H776 of Egypt, H4714 and redeemed H6299 you out of the house H4480 H1004 of bondage, H5650 to thrust H5080 thee out of H4480 the way H1870 which H834 the LORD H3068 thy God H430 commanded H6680 thee to walk H1980 in . So shalt thou put the evil away H1197 H7451 from the midst H4480 H7130 of thee.
6 If H3588 thy brother, H251 the son H121 of thy mother, H517 or H176 thy son, H1121 or H176 thy daughter, H1323 or H176 the wife H802 of thy bosom, H2436 or H176 thy friend, H7453 which H834 is as thine own soul, H5315 entice H5496 thee secretly, H5643 saying, H559 Let us go H1980 and serve H5647 other H312 gods, H430 which H834 thou hast not H3808 known, H3045 thou, H859 nor thy fathers; H1
7 Namely , of the gods H4480 H430 of the people H5971 which H834 are round about H5439 you, nigh H7138 unto H413 thee, or H176 far off H7350 from H4480 thee , from the one end H4480 H7097 of the earth H776 even unto H5704 the other end H7097 of the earth; H776
8 Thou shalt not H3808 consent H14 unto him, nor H3808 hearken H8085 unto H413 him; neither H3808 shall thine eye H5869 pity H2347 H5921 him, neither H3808 shalt thou spare, H2550 neither H3808 shalt thou conceal H3680 H5921 him:
9 But H3588 thou shalt surely kill H2026 H2026 him ; thine hand H3027 shall be H1961 first H7223 upon him to put him to death, H4191 and afterwards H314 the hand H3027 of all H3605 the people. H5971
10 And thou shalt stone H5619 him with stones, H68 that he die; H4191 because H3588 he hath sought H1245 to thrust thee away H5080 from H4480 H5921 the LORD H3068 thy God, H430 which brought thee out H3318 of the land H4480 H776 of Egypt, H4714 from the house H4480 H1004 of bondage. H5650
11 And all H3605 Israel H3478 shall hear, H8085 and fear, H3372 and shall do H6213 no H3808 more H3254 any H1697 such wickedness H7451 as this H2088 is among H7130 you.
12 If H3588 thou shalt hear H8085 say in one H259 of thy cities, H5892 which H834 the LORD H3068 thy God H430 hath given H5414 thee to dwell H3427 there, H8033 saying, H559
13 Certain men, H376 the children H1121 of Belial, H1100 are gone out H3318 from among H4480 H7130 you , and have withdrawn H5080 H853 the inhabitants H3427 of their city, H5892 saying, H559 Let us go H1980 and serve H5647 other H312 gods, H430 which H834 ye have not H3808 known; H3045
14 Then shalt thou inquire, H1875 and make search, H2713 and ask H7592 diligently; H3190 and, behold, H2009 if it be truth, H571 and the thing H1697 certain, H3559 that such H2063 abomination H8441 is wrought H6213 among H7130 you;
15 Thou shalt surely smite H5221 H5221 H853 the inhabitants H3427 of that H1931 city H5892 with the edge H6310 of the sword, H2719 destroying it utterly H2763 H853 , and all H3605 that H834 is therein , and the cattle H929 thereof , with the edge H6310 of the sword. H2719
16 And thou shalt gather H6908 all H3605 the spoil H7998 of it into H413 the midst H8432 of the street H7339 thereof , and shalt burn H8313 with fire H784 H853 the city, H5892 and all H3605 the spoil H7998 thereof every whit, H3632 for the LORD H3068 thy God: H430 and it shall be H1961 a heap H8510 forever; H5769 it shall not H3808 be built H1129 again. 17 And there shall cleave H1692 naught H3808 H3972 of H4480 the cursed thing H2764 to thine hand: H3027 that H4616 the LORD H3068 may turn H7725 from the fierceness H4480 H2740 of his anger, H639 and show H5414 thee mercy, H7356 and have compassion H7355 upon thee , and multiply H7235 thee, as H834 he hath sworn H7650 unto thy fathers; H1
18 When H3588 thou shalt hearken H8085 to the voice H6963 of the LORD H3068 thy God, H430 to keep H8104 H853 all H3605 his commandments H4687 which H834 I H595 command H6680 thee this day, H3117 to do H6213 that which is right H3477 in the eyes H5869 of the LORD H3068 thy God. H430
