1 চূর্ণাণ্ড কিম্বা ছিন্নলিঙ্গ ব্যক্তি সদাপ্রভুর সমাজে প্রবেশ করিবে না।
2 জারজ ব্যক্তি সদাপ্রভুর সমাজে প্রবেশ করিবে না; তাহার দশম পুরুষ পর্য্যন্তও সদাপ্রভুর সমাজে প্রবেশ করিতে পাইবে না।
3 অম্মোনীয় কিম্বা মোয়াবীয় কেহ সদাপ্রভুর সমাজে প্রবেশ করিতে পাইবে না; দশম পুরুষ পর্য্যন্ত তাহাদের কেহ সদাপ্রভুর সমাজে কখনও প্রবেশ করিতে পাইবে না।
4 কেননা মিসর হইতে তোমাদের আসিবার সময়ে তাহারা পথে অন্ন জল লইয়া তোমাদের সহিত সাক্ষাৎ করে নাই; আবার তোমাকে শাপ দিবার জন্য তোমার বিরুদ্ধে অরাম-নহরয়িমস্থ পথোরনিবাসী বিয়োরের পুত্র বিলিয়মকে উৎকোচ দিয়াছিল।
5 তথাপি তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু বিলিয়মের কথায় কর্ণপাত করিতে সম্মত হন নাই; বরং তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমার পক্ষে সেই অভিশাপ আশীর্ব্বাদে পরিণত করিলেন; কারণ তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমাকে প্রেম করেন।
6 তুমি যাবজ্জীবন কখনও তাহাদের শান্তি কি মঙ্গল অন্বেষণ করিবে না।
7 তুমি ইদোমীয়কে ঘৃণা করিবে না, কেননা সে তোমার ভ্রাতা; মিস্রীয়কে ঘৃণা করিবে না, কেননা তুমি তাহার দেশে প্রবাসী ছিলে।
8 তাহাদের হইতে যে সন্তানগণ উৎপন্ন হইবে, তাহারা তৃতীয় পুরুষে সদাপ্রভুর সমাজে প্রবেশ করিতে পাইবে।
9 তোমার শত্রুগণের বিরুদ্ধে শিবিরে যাত্রাকালে যাবতীয় মন্দ বিষয়ে সাবধান থাকিবে।
10 তোমার মধ্যে যদি কোন ব্যক্তি রাত্রিঘটিত কোন অশুচিতায় অশুচি হয়, তবে সে শিবির হইতে বাহিরে যাইবে, শিবিরের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করিবে না।
11 পরে বেলা অবসান হইলে সে জলে স্নান করিবে, ও সূর্য্যের অস্তগমন সময়ে শিবিরের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করিবে।
12 তুমি শিবিরের বাহিরে এক স্থান নিরূপণ করিয়া বহির্দেশ বলিয়া সেই স্থানে যাইবে;
13 আর তোমার অস্ত্রশস্ত্র মধ্যে একখানি খুন্তি থাকিবে; বহির্দেশে গমন সময়ে তুমি তদ্দ্বারা গর্ত্ত করিয়া ফিরিয়া আপনার নির্গত মল ঢাকিয়া ফেলিবে।
14 কেননা তোমাকে রক্ষা করিতে ও তোমার শত্রুগণকে তোমার সম্মুখে সমর্পণ করিতে তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমার শিবিরের মধ্যে গমনাগমন করেন; অতএব তোমার শিবির পবিত্র হউক; পাছে তোমাতে কোন অশুচি বিষয় দেখিয়া তিনি তোমা হইতে বিমুখ হন।
15 যে দাস আপন স্বামীর নিকট হইতে পলাইয়া তোমার নিকটে আইসে, তুমি তাহাকে সেই স্বামীর হস্তে সমর্পণ করিবে না।
16 সে তোমার কোন এক নগর-দ্বারের ভিতরে, যেখানে তাহার ভাল লাগে, সেই মনোনীত স্থানে তোমার সঙ্গে তোমার মধ্যে বাস করিবে; তুমি তাহার উপরে দৌরাত্ম্য করিবে না।
17 ইস্রায়েল-বংশীয়া কোন কন্যা যেন বেশ্যা না হয়, আর ইস্রায়েল-বংশীয় কোন পুরুষ যেন পুংগামী না হয়।
18 কোন মানতের জন্য বেশ্যার বেতন কিম্বা কুকুরের মূল্য তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর গৃহে আনিবে না, কেননা সে উভয়ই তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর কাছে ঘৃণার্হ।
19 তুমি সুদের জন্য, রৌপ্যের সুদ, খাদ্য সামগ্রীর সুদ, কোন দ্রব্যের সুদ পাইবার জন্য, আপন ভ্রাতাকে ঋণ দিবে না।
20 সুদের জন্য বিদেশীকে ঋণ দিতে পার, কিন্তু সুদের জন্য আপন ভ্রাতাকে ঋণ দিবে না; যেন তুমি যে দেশ অধিকার করিতে যাইতেছ, সে দেশে তোমার হস্তকৃত সমস্ত কর্ম্মে তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমাকে আশীর্ব্বাদ করেন।
21 তুমি আপন ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে কিছু মানত করিলে তাহা দিতে বিলম্ব করিও না; কেননা তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু অবশ্য তাহা তোমা হইতে আদায় করিবেন; না দিলে তোমার পাপ হইবে।
22 কিন্তু যদি মানত না কর, তবে তাহাতে তোমার পাপ হইবে না।
23 তোমার ওষ্ঠ নির্গত বাক্য সযত্নে পালন করিবে; তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে তোমার মুখ হইতে যেমন স্ব-ইচ্ছায় দত্ত মানতের কথা নির্গত হয়, তদনুসারে করিবে।
24 প্রতিবাসীর দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেত্রে গেলে তুমি আপন ইচ্ছানুসারে তৃপ্তি পর্য্যন্ত দ্রাক্ষাফল ভোজন করিতে পারিবে, কিন্তু পাত্রে করিয়া কিছু লইবে না।
25 প্রতিবাসীর শস্যক্ষেত্রে গেলে তুমি আপন হস্তে শীষ ছিঁড়িতে পারিবে, কিন্তু আপন প্রতিবাসীর শস্যক্ষেত্রে কাস্ত্যা দিবে না।

20 Unto a stranger H5237 thou mayest lend upon usury; H5391 but unto thy brother H251 thou shalt not H3808 lend upon usury: H5391 that H4616 the LORD H3068 thy God H430 may bless H1288 thee in all H3605 that thou settest H4916 thine hand H3027 to in H5921 the land H776 whither H834 H8033 thou H859 goest H935 to possess H3423 it.

25 When H3588 thou comest H935 into the standing corn H7054 of thy neighbor, H7453 then thou mayest pluck H6998 the ears H4425 with thine hand; H3027 but thou shalt not H3808 move H5130 a sickle H2770 unto H5921 thy neighbor's H7453 standing corn. H7054
