Ezra 9:11 (BNV) Bengali Old BSI Version

1 সেই কার্য্যের সমাপ্তি হইলে পর অধ্যক্ষগণ আমার নিকটে আসিয়া কহিলেন, ইস্রায়েল লোকেরা, যাজকেরা ও লেবীয়েরা নানা দেশ-নিবাসী জাতিগণের হইতে আপনাদিগকে পৃথক করে নাই; কনানীয়, হিত্তীয়, পরিষীয়, যিবূষীয় অম্মোনীয়, মোয়াবীয়, মিস্রীয় ও ইমোরীয় লোকদের ঘৃণার্হ ক্রিয়ানুসারে কার্য্য করিতেছে।
2 বস্তুতঃ তাহারা আপনাদের জন্য ও আপন আপন পুত্রদের জন্য তাহাদের কন্যাগণকে গ্রহণ করিয়াছে; এইরূপে পবিত্র বংশ নানা দেশ-নিবাসী জাতিগণের সহিত মিশ্রিত হইয়াছে; এবং অধ্যক্ষগণ ও শাসনকর্ত্তারাই প্রথমে এই সত্যলঙ্ঘনে হস্তক্ষেপ করিয়াছেন।
3 এই কথা শুনিয়া আমি আপন বস্ত্র ও পরিচ্ছদ ছিঁড়িলাম এবং আপন মস্তকের কেশ ও দাড়ি ছিঁড়িয়া স্তম্ভিত হইয়া বসিয়া রহিলাম।
4 তখন বন্দিদশা হইতে আগত লোকদের সত্যলঙ্ঘন বিষয়ে যাহারা ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বরের বাক্যে কম্পান্বিত হইল, তাহারা আমার নিকটে একত্র হইল, এবং আমি সন্ধ্যাকালীন বলিদানের সময় পর্য্যন্ত স্তম্ভিত হইয়া বসিয়া রহিলাম।
5 পরে সন্ধ্যাকালীন বলিদানের সময়ে আমি মনোদুঃখ হইতে উঠিলাম, এবং ছিন্ন বস্ত্র ও পরিচ্ছদ না খুলিয়া হাঁটু পাতিয়া আমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে অঞ্জলি বিস্তার করিলাম;
6 আর কহিলাম, হে আমার ঈশ্বর, আমি তোমার দিকে মুখ তুলিতে লজ্জিত ও বিষণ্ণ, কেননা হে আমার ঈশ্বর, আমাদের অপরাধ বহুল হইয়া আমাদের মস্তকের ঊর্দ্ধে উঠিয়াছে, ও আমাদের দোষ বৃদ্ধি পাইয়া গগনস্পর্শী হইয়াছে।
7 আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদের সময় অবধি অদ্য পর্য্যন্ত আমরা মহাদোষগ্রস্ত; আমাদের অপরাধের জন্য আমরা, আমাদের রাজগণ ও আমাদের যাজকগণ নানা দেশীয় রাজাদের হস্তগত, খড়্‌গে, বন্দিদশায়, লুটে ও মুখের বিবর্ণতায় সমর্পিত হইয়াছি, ইহা অদ্যাপি দেখা যাইতেছে।
8 আর এখন আমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর কাছে ক্ষণকাল জন্য আমাদের কৃপালাভ হইল, যেন তিনি আমাদের কতকগুলি অবশিষ্ট লোককে রক্ষা করেন, আপন পবিত্র স্থানে আমাদিগকে একটী গোঁজ দেন, আমাদের ঈশ্বর যেন আমাদের চক্ষু দীপ্তিময় করেন ও দাসত্বের অবস্থায় একটুকু প্রাণ জুড়াইয়া দেন।
9 কারণ আমরা দাস, তথাপি আমাদের ঈশ্বর আমাদের দাসত্বে আমাদিগকে ত্যাগ করেন নাই, কিন্তু আমাদের প্রাণ জুড়াইবার নিমিত্তে, আমাদের ঈশ্বরের গৃহ স্থাপন ও তাহার ভগ্ন স্থান মেরামৎ করিবার এবং যিহূদায় ও যিরূশালেমে আমাদিগকে একটী প্রাচীর দিবার নিমিত্ত তিনি পারস্য-রাজগণের দৃষ্টিতে আমাদিগকে দয়াপ্রাপ্ত করিলেন।
10 এখন, হে আমাদের ঈশ্বর, ইহার পরে আমরা কি বলিব? কেননা আমরা তোমার আজ্ঞা সকল ত্যাগ করিয়াছি,
11 যাহা তুমি আপন দাস ভাববাদিগণ দ্বারা প্রদান করিয়াছিলে, ও বলিয়াছিলে, তোমরা যে দেশ অধিকার করিতে যাইতেছ, তাহা দেশবাসী লোকদের অশৌচ প্রযুক্ত অশুচি হইয়াছে; তাহাদের ঘৃণার্হ ক্রিয়া প্রযুক্ত দেশের এক প্রান্ত হইতে অপর প্রান্ত পর্য্যন্ত তাহাদের মালিন্যে পরিপূর্ণ হইয়াছে।
12 অতএব তোমরা তাহাদের পুত্রগণের সহিত তোমাদের কন্যাগণের বিবাহ দিও না, ও তোমাদের পুত্রগণের জন্য তাহাদের কন্যাগণকে গ্রহণ করিও না, এবং তাহাদের শান্তি ও মঙ্গল কখনও চেষ্টা করিও না; যেন তোমরা বলবান হও, যেন দেশের উত্তম দ্রব্য ভোগ করিতে, ও চিরকালের নিমিত্ত আপন সন্তানদের জন্য অধিকারস্বরূপ তাহা রাখিয়া যাইতে পার।
13 কিন্তু আমাদের সকল দুষ্ক্রিয়া ও মহাদোষ প্রযুক্ত আমাদের প্রতি এই সমস্ত ঘটিয়াছে; তথাপি, হে আমাদের ঈশ্বর, তুমি আমাদের অপরাধের দণ্ড লঘু করিয়াছ, অধিকন্তু কতক লোক আমাদিগকে রক্ষিত হইতে দিয়াছ;
14 এই সকলের পরেও আমরা কি পুনর্ব্বার তোমার আজ্ঞা লঙ্ঘন করিয়া ঘৃণার্হ ক্রিয়াতে লিপ্ত এই জাতিদের সহিত কুটুম্বিতা করিব? করিলে তুমি কি আমাদের প্রতি এমন ক্রোধ করিবে না যে, আমরা বিলুপ্ত হইব, আর আমাদের মধ্যে অবশিষ্ট কি রক্ষিত কেহ থাকিবে না?
15 হে সদাপ্রভু, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর, তুমি ধর্ম্মময়, কেননা আমরা রক্ষিত হইয়া অদ্য পর্য্যন্ত কতকগুলি লোক অবশিষ্ট রহিয়াছি; দেখ, আমরা তোমার সাক্ষাতে দোষগ্রস্ত, তাই তোমার সাক্ষাতে আমাদের কেহই দাঁড়াইতে পারে না।

2 For H3588 they have taken H5375 of their daughters H4480 H1323 for themselves , and for their sons: H1121 so that the holy H6944 seed H2233 have mingled themselves H6148 with the people H5971 of those lands: H776 yea , the hand H3027 of the princes H8269 and rulers H5461 hath been H1961 chief H7223 in this H2088 trespass. 7 Since the days H4480 H3117 of our fathers H1 have we H587 been in a great H1419 trespass H819 unto H5704 this H2088 day; H3117 and for our iniquities H5771 have we, H587 our kings, H4428 and our priests, H3548 been delivered H5414 into the hand H3027 of the kings H4428 of the lands, H776 to the sword, H2719 to captivity, H7628 and to a spoil, H961 and to confusion H1322 of face, H6440 as it is this H2088 day. 8 And now H6258 for a little H4592 space H7281 grace H8467 hath been H1961 showed from H4480 H854 the LORD H3068 our God, H430 to leave H7604 us a remnant to escape, H6413 and to give H5414 us a nail H3489 in his holy H6944 place, H4725 that our God H430 may lighten H215 our eyes, H5869 and give H5414 us a little H4592 reviving H4241 in our bondage. 9 For H3588 we H587 were bondmen; H5650 yet our God H430 hath not H3808 forsaken H5800 us in our bondage, H5659 but hath extended H5186 mercy H2617 unto H5921 us in the sight H6440 of the kings H4428 of Persia, H6539 to give H5414 us a reviving, H4241 to set up H7311 H853 the house H1004 of our God, H430 and to repair H5975 H853 the desolations H2723 thereof , and to give H5414 us a wall H1447 in Judah H3063 and in Jerusalem. 11 Which H834 thou hast commanded H6680 by H3027 thy servants H5650 the prophets, H5030 saying, H559 The land, H776 unto which H834 ye H859 go H935 to possess H3423 it , is an unclean H5079 land H776 with the filthiness H5079 of the people H5971 of the lands, H776 with their abominations, H8441 which H834 have filled H4390 it from one end H4480 H6310 to H413 another H6310 with their uncleanness. 12 Now H6258 therefore give H5414 not H408 your daughters H1323 unto their sons, H1121 neither H408 take H5375 their daughters H1323 unto your sons, H1121 nor H3808 seek H1875 their peace H7965 or their wealth H2896 forever H5704 H5769 : that H4616 ye may be strong, H2388 and eat H398 H853 the good H2898 of the land, H776 and leave it for an inheritance H3423 to your children H1121 forever H5704 H5769 .
13 And after H310 all H3605 that is come H935 upon H5921 us for our evil H7451 deeds, H4639 and for our great H1419 trespass, H819 seeing H3588 that thou H859 our God H430 hast punished H2820 us less H4295 than our iniquities H4480 H5771 deserve , and hast given H5414 us such deliverance H6413 as this; H2063
14 Should we again H7725 break H6565 thy commandments, H4687 and join in affinity H2859 with the people H5971 of these H428 abominations H8441 ? wouldest not H3808 thou be angry H599 with us till H5704 thou hadst consumed H3615 us , so that there should be no H369 remnant H7611 nor escaping H6413 ?
15 O LORD H3068 God H430 of Israel, H3478 thou H859 art righteous: H6662 for H3588 we remain H7604 yet escaped, H6413 as it is this H2063 day: H3117 behold, H2009 we are before H6440 thee in our trespasses: H819 for H3588 we cannot H369 stand H5975 before H6440 thee because H5921 of this. H2088
