Hosea 11:8 (BNV) Bengali Old BSI Version

1 ইস্রায়েলের বাল্যকালে আমি তাহাকে ভালবাসিতাম, এবং মিসর হইতে আপন পুত্রকে ডাকিয়া আনিলাম।
2 তাহারা লোকদিগকে ডাকিলে লোকেরা দৃষ্টিপথ হইতে দূরে গেল, বাল দেবগণের উদ্দেশে যজ্ঞ করিল, এবং প্রতিমাগণের উদ্দেশে ধূপ জ্বালাইল।
3 আমিই ত ইফ্রয়িমকে হাঁটিতে শিখাইয়াছিলাম, আমি তাহাদিগকে কোলে করিতাম; কিন্তু আমি যে তাহাদিগকে সুস্থ করিলাম, ইহা তাহারা বুঝিল না।
4 আমি মনুষ্যের বন্ধনী দ্বারা তাহাদিগকে আকর্ষণ করিতাম, প্রেমরজ্জু দ্বারাই করিতাম, আর আমি তাহাদের পক্ষে সেই লোকদের ন্যায় ছিলাম, যাহারা হনূ হইতে যোঁয়ালি উঠাইয়া লয়, এবং আমি তাহাদিগকে ভক্ষ্য দিতাম।
5 সে মিসর দেশে ফিরিয়া যাইবে না, কিন্তু অশূরই তাহার রাজা হইবে, কেননা তাহারা ফিরিয়া আসিতে অসম্মত হইল।
6 আর তাহাদের নগর সকলের উপরে খড়্‌গ পতিত হইবে, তাহাদের অর্গল সকলকে সংহার করিবে, লোকদিগকে গ্রাস করিবে, ইহার কারণ তাহাদের নিজ-মন্ত্রণাসমূহ।
7 আমার প্রজাগণ আমা হইতে বিপথগমনের দিকে ঝুঁকে; ঊর্দ্ধদিকে আহূত হইলে তাহারা কেহ উঠিতে স্বীকার করে না।
8 হে ইফ্রয়িম, আমি কিরূপে তোমাকে ত্যাগ করিব? হে ইস্রায়েল, কিরূপে তোমাকে পরহস্তে সমর্পণ করিব? কিরূপে তোমাকে অদ্‌মার তুল্য করিব? কিরূপে তোমাকে সবোয়িমের ন্যায় রাখিব? আমার মধ্যে অন্তঃকরণ ব্যাকুল হইতেছে, আমার করুণাসমষ্টি একসঙ্গে প্রজ্বলিত হইতেছে।
9 আমি আপন প্রচণ্ড ক্রোধ সফল করিব না, ইফ্রয়িমের সর্ব্বনাশ করিতে ফিরিব না, কেননা আমি ঈশ্বর, মনুষ্য নহি; আমি তোমার মধ্যবর্ত্তী পবিত্রতম, কোপে উপস্থিত হইব না।
10 তাহারা সদাপ্রভুর অনুগমন করিবে; তিনি সিংহের ন্যায় ডাকিবেন; হাঁ, তিনি ডাকিবেন, আর পশ্চিমদিক হইতে সন্তানগণ কাঁপিতে কাঁপিতে আসিবে।
11 তাহারা মিসর হইতে চটকপক্ষীর ন্যায়, অশূর দেশ হইতে কপোতের ন্যায় কাঁপিত কাঁপিতে আসিবে; আর আমি তাহাদের বাটীতে তাহাদিগকে বাস করাইব, ইহা সদাপ্রভু কহেন।
