Jeremiah 25:17 (BNV) Bengali Old BSI Version

1 যোশিয়ের পুত্র যিহূদা-রাজ যিহোয়াকীমের চতুর্থ বৎসরে, অর্থাৎ বাবিল-রাজ নবূখদ্‌রিৎসরের প্রথম বৎসরে, যিহূদার সমস্ত লোকের বিষয়ে এই বাক্য যিরমিয়ের নিকটে উপস্থিত হইল;
2 যিরমিয় ভাববাদী যিহূদার সমস্ত লোকের ও যিরূশালেম-নিবাসী সকলের নিকটে তাহা প্রচার করিয়া কহিলেন,
3 আমোনের পুত্র যিহূদা-রাজ যোশিয়ের ত্রয়োদশ বৎসর অবধি অদ্য পর্য্যন্ত, অর্থাৎ এই তেইশ বৎসর কাল সদাপ্রভুর বাক্য আমার নিকটে উপস্থিত হইয়াছে, এবং আমি তোমাদিগকে তাহা বলিয়াছি, প্রত্যূষে উঠিয়া বলিয়াছি, কিন্তু তোমরা শুন নাই।
4 আর সদাপ্রভু আপনার সমস্ত দাস ভাববাদিগণকে তোমাদের নিকটে পাঠাইয়াছেন, প্রত্যূষে উঠিয়া পাঠাইয়াছেন, কিন্তু তোমরা শুন নাই, শুনিবার জন্য কর্ণপাতও কর নাই।
5 তাঁহারা বলিয়াছেন, তোমরা প্রত্যেক জন আপন আপন কুপথ হইতে ও আপন আপন আচরণের দুষ্টতা হইতে ফির, তাহাতে সদাপ্রভু তোমাদিগকে ও তোমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদিগকে যে দেশ দিয়াছেন, তোমরা তথায় যুগে যুগে চিরকাল বাস করিতে পাইবে।
6 আর অন্য দেবগণের সেবা ও তাহাদের কাছে প্রণিপাত করিবার জন্য তাহাদের পশ্চাদগামী হইও না, আপনাদের হস্তকৃত বস্তু দ্বারা আমাকে অসন্তুষ্ট করিও না; তাহাতে আমি তোমাদের অমঙ্গল করিব না।
7 কিন্তু, সদাপ্রভু কহেন, তোমরা আমার কথা শুন নাই, এইরূপে আপনাদের হস্তকৃত বস্তু দ্বারা আমাকে অসন্তুষ্ট করিয়া আপনাদের অমঙ্গল ঘটাইতেছ।
8 অতএব বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু এই কথা কহেন,
9 তোমরা আমার বাক্য শুন নাই, এই জন্য দেখ, আমি আদেশ পাঠাইয়া উত্তরদিক্‌স্থ সমস্ত গোষ্ঠীকে লইয়া আসিব, সদাপ্রভু কহেন, আমি আমার দাস বাবিল-রাজ নবূখদ্‌রিৎসরকে আনিব, ও তাহাদিগকে এই দেশের বিরুদ্ধে, এতন্নিবাসীদিগের বিরুদ্ধে ও চতুর্দ্দিক্‌স্থিত এই সমস্ত জাতির বিরুদ্ধে আনিব; এবং ইহাদিগকে নিঃশেষে বিনষ্ট করিব, এবং বিস্ময়ের ও শিশ শব্দের বিষয় ও চিরস্থায়ী উৎসন্ন স্থান করিব।
10 আর ইহাদের মধ্য হইতে আমোদের রব ও আনন্দের রব, বরের রব, কন্যার রব, যাঁতার শব্দ ও প্রদীপের আলো সংহার করিব।
11 তাহাতে এই সমগ্র দেশ উৎসন্ন স্থান ও বিস্ময়ের বিষয় হইবে; এবং এই জাতিগণ সত্তর বৎসর বাবিল-রাজের দাসত্ব করিবে।
12 সদাপ্রভু আরও কহেন, সত্তর বৎসর সম্পূর্ণ হইলে আমি বাবিল-রাজকে ও সেই জাতিকে তাহাদের অপরাধের সমুচিত প্রতিফল দিব, কল্‌দীয়দের দেশকে দিব, এবং তাহা চিরস্থায়ী ধ্বংসস্থান করিব।
13 আর সেই দেশের বিরুদ্ধে আমি যাহা যাহা বলিয়াছি, এই পুস্তকে যাহা যাহা লিখিত আছে, যিরমিয় সমস্ত জাতির বিরুদ্ধে যে ভাববাণী বলিয়াছে, আমার সেই সমস্ত বাক্য ঐ দেশের প্রতি সফল করিব।
14 বস্তুতঃ অনেক জাতি ও মহান রাজারা তাহাদিগকে দাসত্ব করাইবে, এবং আমি তাহাদের ক্রিয়ানুরূপ ও হস্তের কার্য্যানুরূপ প্রতিফল তাহাদিগকে দিব।
15 বাস্তবিক সদাপ্রভু, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর, আমাকে এই কথা কহিলেন, তুমি আমার হস্ত হইতে এই ক্রোধরূপ দ্রাক্ষারসের পানপাত্র গ্রহণ কর, এবং যে সমস্ত জাতির নিকটে আমি তোমাকে পাঠাই, তাহাদিগকে তাহা পান করাও।
16 তাহারা পান করিবে, টলটলায়মান হইবে, এবং তাহাদের মধ্যে যে খড়্‌গ আমি পাঠাইব, তৎপ্রযুক্ত উন্মত্ত হইবে।
17 তখন আমি সদাপ্রভুর হস্ত হইতে সেই পানপাত্র গ্রহণ করিলাম, এবং সদাপ্রভু যে সমস্ত জাতির কাছে আমাকে পাঠাইলেন, তাহাদিগকে পান করাইলাম।
18 তাহারা এই এই। যিরূশালেম ও যিহূদার নগর সকল এবং তাহার রাজগণ ও অধ্যক্ষগণ—যেন তাহারা উৎসন্ন স্থান এবং বিস্ময়ের, শিশ শব্দের ও অভিশাপের বিষয় হয়;
19 যেমন অদ্য হইতেছে—মিসর রাজ ফরৌণ, তাহার দাসগণ, তাহার অধ্যক্ষগণ ও তাহার সমস্ত প্রজা;
20 এবং সমস্ত মিশ্রিত জাতি, ঊষ দেশের সমস্ত রাজা, ও পলেষ্টীয়দের দেশের সমস্ত রাজা, অস্কিলোন,
21 ঘসা, ইক্রোণ ও অস্‌দোদের অবশিষ্টাংশ;
22 ইদোম, মোয়াব ও অম্মোন-সন্তানগণ; এবং সোরের সমস্ত রাজা, সীদোনের সমস্ত রাজা, ও সমুদ্রপারস্থ উপকূলের রাজগণ,
23 দদান, টেমা, বূষ, ও ছিন্নগুম্ফ সমস্ত লোক,
24 এবং আরবের সমস্ত রাজা, ও প্রান্তরবাসী মিশ্রিত জাতিগণের সমস্ত রাজা;
25 এবং সিম্রীর সমস্ত রাজা, এলমের সমস্ত রাজা, ও মাদীয়দের সমস্ত রাজা;
26 এবং উত্তরদিকের নিকটস্থ ও দূরস্থ সমস্ত রাজা, নির্ব্বিশেষে এই সকলে; ভূলতে যত রহিয়াছে, পৃথিবীর সেই সমস্ত রাজ্য; আর ইহাদের পরে শেশকের রাজা পান করিবে।
27 আর তুমি তাহাদিগকে এই কথা বলিবে, বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর, এই কথা কহেন, তোমরা পান করিয়া মত্ত হইয়া বমন কর, এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে আমার প্রেরিত খড়্‌গ প্রযুক্ত পতিত হও, আর উঠিও না।
28 আর যদি তাহারা তোমার হস্ত হইতে পানার্থে পাত্রটী গ্রহণ করিতে অসম্মত হয়, তবে তাহাদিগকে বলিবে, বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু এই কথা কহেন, তোমাদিগকে অবশ্য পান করিতে হইবে।
29 কেননা দেখ, আমার নাম যাহার উপরে কীর্ত্তিত হইয়াছে, আমি প্রথমতঃ সেই নগরের অমঙ্গল করি; আর তোমরা কি নিতান্তই অদণ্ডিত থাকিবে? তোমরা অদণ্ডিত থাকিবে না; কারণ আমি পৃথিবী-নিবাসীমাত্রের বিরুদ্ধে খড়্‌গ আহ্বান করিব, ইহা বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু কহেন।
30 অতএব তুমি তাহাদের বিরুদ্ধে ভাববাণীরূপে এই সমস্ত কথা প্রচার কর, তাহাদিগকে বল, সদাপ্রভু ঊর্দ্ধলোক হইতে হূঙ্কার করিবেন, আপন পবিত্র বাসস্থান হইতে আপন রব শুনাইবেন; তিনি আপন বাথানের বিরুদ্ধে ভারী হূঙ্কার করিবেন; তিনি পৃথিবী-নিবাসীমাত্রের বিপরীতে দ্রাক্ষামর্দ্দকের ন্যায় সিংহনাদ করিবেন।
31 পৃথিবীর প্রান্ত পর্য্যন্ত নির্ঘোষ ব্যাপিবে, কেননা জাতিগণের সহিত সদাপ্রভুর বিবাদ আছে; তিনি মর্ত্ত্যমাত্রের বিচার করিবেন; যাহারা দুষ্ট, তাহাদিগকে তিনি খড়্‌গে সমর্পণ করিবেন, ইহা সদাপ্রভু কহেন।
32 বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু এই কথা কহেন, দেখ, এক জাতির পরে অন্য জাতির প্রতি অমঙ্গল উপস্থিত হইবে, এবং পৃথিবীর প্রান্ত হইতে প্রচণ্ড ঘূর্ণ্যবায়ু উঠিবে।
33 তৎকালে সদাপ্রভুর নিহত লোক সকল পৃথিবীর এক প্রান্ত হইতে পৃথিবীর অন্য প্রান্ত পর্য্যন্ত দেখা যাইবে; কেহ তাহাদের নিমিত্ত বিলাপ করিবে না, এবং তাহাদিগকে সংহার করা কি কবর দেওয়া যাইবে না, তাহারা ভূমির উপরে সারের ন্যায় পতিত থাকিবে।
34 মেষপালকগণ, তোমরা হাহাকার ও ক্রন্দন কর; মেষাগ্রগামিগণ, তোমরা ধূলিতে লুণ্ঠিত হও, কেননা তোমাদের হত্যার ও ছিন্নভিন্ন হইবার সময় আসিয়া পড়িয়াছে; আর তোমরা মনোহর পাত্রের ন্যায় পতিত হইবে।
35 মেষপালকদের পলায়ন-স্থান কিম্বা মেষাগ্রগামীদের উত্তরণ-স্থান থাকিবে না।
36 মেষপালকদের ক্রন্দনের শব্দ ও মেষাগ্রগামীদের হাহাকার শুনা যাইতেছে, কেননা সদাপ্রভু তাহাদের চরাণি-স্থান উচ্ছিন্ন করিতেছেন।
37 আর সদাপ্রভুর জ্বলন্ত ক্রোধ প্রযুক্ত শান্তিযুক্ত বাথান সকল বিনষ্ট হইতেছে।
38 যুবসিংহ যেন আপন গহ্বর ছাড়িয়া আসিয়াছে; বস্তুতঃ উৎপীড়ক খড়্‌গের রোষ ও উহাঁর জ্বলন্ত ক্রোধ প্রযুক্ত তাহাদের দেশ বিস্ময়ের স্থান হইল।

6 And go H1980 not H408 after H310 other H312 gods H430 to serve H5647 them , and to worship H7812 them , and provoke me not to anger H3808 H3707 H853 with the works H4639 of your hands; H3027 and I will do you no hurt H3808 H7489 .
7 Yet ye have not H3808 hearkened H8085 unto H413 me, saith H5002 the LORD; H3068 that H4616 ye might provoke me to anger H3707 with the works H4639 of your hands H3027 to your own hurt. H7451

9 Behold H2009 , I will send H7971 and take H3947 H853 all H3605 the families H4940 of the north, H6828 saith H5002 the LORD, H3068 and Nebuchadnezzar H5019 the king H4428 of Babylon, H894 my servant, H5650 and will bring H935 them against H5921 this H2063 land, H776 and against H5921 the inhabitants H3427 thereof , and against H5921 all H3605 these H428 nations H1471 round about, H5439 and will utterly destroy H2763 them , and make H7760 them an astonishment, H8047 and a hissing, H8322 and perpetual H5769 desolations. 10 Moreover I will take H6 from H4480 them the voice H6963 of mirth, H8342 and the voice H6963 of gladness, H8057 the voice H6963 of the bridegroom, H2860 and the voice H6963 of the bride, H3618 the sound H6963 of the millstones, H7347 and the light H216 of the candle. H5216
11 And this H2063 whole H3605 land H776 shall be H1961 a desolation, H2723 and an astonishment; H8047 and these H428 nations H1471 shall serve H5647 H853 the king H4428 of Babylon H894 seventy H7657 years. H8141
12 And it shall come to pass, H1961 when seventy H7657 years H8141 are accomplished, H4390 that I will punish H6485 H5921 the king H4428 of Babylon, H894 and that H1931 nation, H1471 saith H5002 the LORD, H3068 for H854 their iniquity, H5771 and the land H776 of the Chaldeans, H3778 and will make H7760 it perpetual H5769 desolations. 15 For H3588 thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 God H430 of Israel H3478 unto H413 me; Take H3947 H853 the wine H3196 cup H3563 of this H2063 fury H2534 at my hand H4480 H3027 , and cause H853 all H3605 the nations, H1471 to whom H834 H413 I H595 send H7971 thee , to drink H8248 it.
16 And they shall drink, H8354 and be moved, H1607 and be mad, H1984 because H4480 H6440 of the sword H2719 that H834 I will send H7971 among H996 them.
17 Then took H3947 I H853 the cup H3563 at the LORD's H3068 hand H4480 H3027 , and made H853 all H3605 the nations H1471 to drink, H8248 unto H413 whom H834 the LORD H3068 had sent H7971 me:
18 To wit , H853 Jerusalem, H3389 and the cities H5892 of Judah, H3063 and the kings H4428 thereof , and H853 the princes H8269 thereof , to make H5414 them a desolation, H2723 an astonishment, H8047 a hissing, H8322 and a curse; H7045 as it is this H2088 day; H3117
19 H853 Pharaoh H6547 king H4428 of Egypt, H4714 and his servants, H5650 and his princes, H8269 and all H3605 his people; H5971
20 And all H3605 the mingled people, H6154 and H853 all H3605 the kings H4428 of the land H776 of Uz, H5780 and all H3605 the kings H4428 of the land H776 of the Philistines, H6430 and Ashkelon, H831 and Azzah, H5804 and Ekron, H6138 and the remnant H7611 of Ashdod, H795

23 Dedan H1719 , and Tema, H8485 and Buz, H938 and all H3605 that are in the utmost H7112 corners, H6285
24 And all H3605 the kings H4428 of Arabia, H6152 and all H3605 the kings H4428 of the mingled people H6154 that dwell H7931 in the desert, H4057
25 And all H3605 the kings H4428 of Zimri, H2174 and all H3605 the kings H4428 of Elam, H5867 and all H3605 the kings H4428 of the Medes, H4074
26 And all H3605 the kings H4428 of the north, H6828 far H7350 and near, H7138 one H376 with H413 another, H251 and all H3605 the kingdoms H4467 of the world, H776 which H834 are upon H5921 the face H6440 of the earth: H127 and the king H4428 of Sheshach H8347 shall drink H8354 after H310 them.
27 Therefore thou shalt say H559 unto H413 them, Thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts, H6635 the God H430 of Israel; H3478 Drink H8354 ye , and be drunken, H7937 and spew, H7006 and fall, H5307 and rise H6965 no H3808 more, because H4480 H6440 of the sword H2719 which H834 I H595 will send H7971 among H996 you.
28 And it shall be, H1961 if H3588 they refuse H3985 to take H3947 the cup H3563 at thine hand H4480 H3027 to drink, H8354 then shalt thou say H559 unto H413 them, Thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts; H6635 Ye shall certainly drink H8354 H8354 .
29 For H3588 , lo, H2009 I H595 begin H2490 to bring evil H7489 on the city H5892 which H834 is called H7121 by H5921 my name, H8034 and should ye H859 be utterly unpunished H5352 H5352 ? Ye shall not H3808 be unpunished: H5352 for H3588 I H589 will call for H7121 a sword H2719 upon H5921 all H3605 the inhabitants H3427 of the earth, H776 saith H5002 the LORD H3068 of hosts. H6635

32 Thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts, H6635 Behold, H2009 evil H7451 shall go forth H3318 from nation H4480 H1471 to H413 nation, H1471 and a great H1419 whirlwind H5591 shall be raised up H5782 from the coasts H4480 H3411 of the earth. H776
33 And the slain H2491 of the LORD H3068 shall be H1961 at that H1931 day H3117 from one end H4480 H7097 of the earth H776 even unto H5704 the other end H7097 of the earth: H776 they shall not H3808 be lamented, H5594 neither H3808 gathered, H622 nor H3808 buried; H6912 they shall be H1961 dung H1828 upon H5921 H6440 the ground. 34 Howl H3213 , ye shepherds, H7462 and cry; H2199 and wallow yourselves H6428 in the ashes , ye principal H117 of the flock: H6629 for H3588 the days H3117 of your slaughter H2873 and of your dispersions H8600 are accomplished; H4390 and ye shall fall H5307 like a pleasant H2532 vessel. H3627
35 And the shepherds H7462 shall have no way to flee H4480 H6, H4498 nor the principal H4480 H117 of the flock H6629 to escape. H6413
36 A voice H6963 of the cry H6818 of the shepherds, H7462 and a howling H3215 of the principal H117 of the flock, H6629 shall be heard : for H3588 the LORD H3068 hath spoiled H7703 H853 their pasture. H4830
37 And the peaceable H7965 habitations H4999 are cut down H1826 because H4480 H6440 of the fierce H2740 anger H639 of the LORD. H3068
38 He hath forsaken H5800 his covert, H5520 as the lion: H3715 for H3588 their land H776 is H1961 desolate H8047 because H4480 H6440 of the fierceness H2740 of the oppressor, H3238 and because H4480 H6440 of his fierce H2740 anger. H639
