17. “ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவாவே, நீர் உமது மகா வல்லமையினாலும், நீட்டப்பட்ட கரத்தினாலும் வானங்களையும், பூமியையும் உருவாக்கினீர். உம்மால் செய்யமுடியாத காரியம் ஒன்றுமேயில்லை.

20. நீர் எகிப்திலே அற்புத அடையாளங்களையும் அதிசயங்களையும் செய்தீர். இஸ்ரயேலருக்கும், மற்ற எல்லா மனுமக்களுக்கும் மத்தியில் தொடர்ந்து இன்றுவரை அவைகளை நடப்பித்திருக்கிறீர். இன்னும் உமக்கே உரியதாய் இருக்கும் புகழையும் பெற்றிருக்கிறீர்.

22. அவர்களுடைய முற்பிதாக்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பதாக வாக்களித்த பாலும் தேனும் ஓடுகிறதான இந்த நாட்டையும் நீரே அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தீர்.

24. “பட்டணத்தைக் கைப்பற்றுவதற்காக எப்படியாக முற்றுகைக் கொத்தளங்கள் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளன என்று பாரும். வாள், பஞ்சம், கொள்ளைநோய் ஆகியவற்றின் நிமித்தம் இப்பட்டணம் அதைத் தாக்கிக்கொண்டிருக்கிற பாபிலோனியரிடம் கொடுக்கப்படும். நீர் இப்போது காண்கிறதுபோல நீர் சொன்னது நடந்திருக்கிறது.

Behold H2009 the mounts H5550 , they are come H935 unto the city H5892 to take H3920 it ; and the city H5892 is given H5414 into the hand H3027 of the Chaldeans H3778 , that fight H3898 against H5921 it, because H4480 H6440 of the sword H2719 , and of the famine H7458 , and of the pestilence H1698 : and what H834 thou hast spoken H1696 is come to pass H1961 ; and, behold H2009 , thou seest H7200 it .

25. ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவாவே! இப்பட்டணம் பாபிலோனியரிடம் கையளிக்கப்பட இருக்கிறபோதிலும், நீர் என்னிடம், ‘வெள்ளியைக் கொடுத்து வயலை வாங்கி, அதன் ஆவணங்களைச் சாட்சிப்படுத்து என்று சொல்கிறீரே’ என்று மன்றாடினேன்.” PEPS

27. “மாம்சமான யாவருக்கும் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவா நானே. என்னால் இயலாதது ஒன்றுண்டோ?

27. Behold H2009 , I H589 am the LORD H3068 , the God H430 of all H3605 flesh H1320 : is there any H3605 thing H1697 too hard H6381 for H4480 me?

28. ஆகையினால் யெகோவா சொல்வது இதுவே: நான் இப்பட்டணத்தைப் பாபிலோனியரிடமும், பாபிலோன் அரசன் நேபுகாத்நேச்சாரிடமும் கொடுக்கப்போகிறேன். அவன் அதைக் கைப்பற்றுவான்.

28. Therefore H3651 thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 ; Behold H2009 , I will give H5414 H853 this H2063 city H5892 into the hand H3027 of the Chaldeans H3778 , and into the hand H3027 of Nebuchadnezzar H5019 king H4428 of Babylon H894 , and he shall take H3920 it:

30. “தங்கள் இளமையிலிருந்தே, இஸ்ரயேல், யூதா மக்கள் எனக்கு முன்பாகத் தீமையை அல்லாமல், வேறொன்றும் செய்யவில்லை. இஸ்ரயேல் மக்கள் உண்மையிலேயே தங்கள் கைகள் செய்த விக்கிரகங்களினால் எனக்குக் கோபமூட்டினார்கள் என்று யெகோவா அறிவிக்கிறார்.

30. 31. இந்தப் பட்டணம் கட்டப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து இன்றுவரை எனக்குக் கோபத்தையும், கடுங்கோபத்தையும், மிகுதியாய் எழுப்பியபடியால் அதை என் பார்வையிலிருந்து அகற்றவேண்டும்.

31. For H3588 H5921 this H2063 city H5892 hath been H1961 to me as a provocation H5921 of mine anger H639 and of H5921 my fury H2534 from H4480 the day H3117 that H834 they built H1129 it even unto H5704 this H2088 day H3117 ; that I should remove H5493 it from before H4480 H5921 my face H6440 ,

32. இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களும், யூதா மக்களும் தாங்கள் செய்த தீமையினால் எனக்குக் கோபமூட்டினார்கள். அவர்களும், அவர்கள் அரசர்களும், அதிகாரிகளும், ஆசாரியரும், இறைவாக்கினரும், யூதா மனிதரும், எருசலேம் மக்களுமே அப்படிச் செய்தார்கள்.

Because H5921 of all H3605 the evil H7451 of the children H1121 of Israel H3478 and of the children H1121 of Judah H3063 , which H834 they have done H6213 to provoke me to anger H3707 , they H1992 , their kings H4428 , their princes H8269 , their priests H3548 , and their prophets H5030 , and the men H376 of Judah H3063 , and the inhabitants H3427 of Jerusalem H3389 .

36. “எரேமியாவே, ‘இப்பட்டணம் வாளினாலும், பஞ்சத்தினாலும், கொள்ளைநோயினாலும் பாபிலோன் அரசனின் கையில் கொடுக்கப்படும்’ என்று மக்கள் சொல்கிறார்கள். ஆனாலும் இஸ்ரயேலின் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவா அந்நாட்டைப் பற்றி இன்னும் அதிகமாய்ச் சொல்வது இதுவே:

37. கடுஞ்சினத்தாலும் என் கோபத்தாலும் துரத்திவிட்ட எல்லா நாடுகளிலிருந்தும் நிச்சயமாக அவர்களைச் சேர்த்தெடுப்பேன். அவர்களைத் திரும்பவும் இந்த இடத்திற்குக் கொண்டுவந்து அவர்கள் பாதுகாப்புடன் வாழும்படி செய்வேன்.

Behold H2009 , I will gather H6908 them out of all H4480 H3605 countries H776 , whither H834 H8033 I have driven H5080 them in mine anger H639 , and in my fury H2534 , and in great H1419 wrath H7110 ; and I will bring them again H7725 unto H413 this H2088 place H4725 , and I will cause them to dwell H3427 safely H983 :

38. அவர்கள் என் மக்களாயிருப்பார்கள், நான் அவர்களுடைய இறைவனாயிருப்பேன்.

38. And they shall be H1961 my people H5971 , and I H589 will be H1961 their God H430 :

39. நான் அவர்களுக்கு ஒரே இருதயத்தையும், ஒரே மனதையும் கொடுப்பேன். அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் தங்கள் சொந்த நன்மைக்காகவும், தங்களுக்குப் பின்வரும் பிள்ளைகளின் நன்மைக்காகவும் என்றென்றைக்கும் எனக்குப் பயந்து நடப்பார்கள்.

39. And I will give H5414 them one H259 heart H3820 , and one H259 way H1870 , that they may fear H3372 me forever H3605 H3117 , for the good H2896 of them , and of their children H1121 after H310 them:

40. நான் அவர்களோடு ஒரு நித்திய உடன்படிக்கையைச் செய்வேன். நான் அவர்களுக்கு நன்மை செய்வதை ஒருபோதும் நிறுத்தமாட்டேன். அவர்கள் என்னைவிட்டுத் திரும்பாதபடி எனக்குப் பயப்படும் உணர்வை நான் அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்.

40. And I will make H3772 an everlasting H5769 covenant H1285 with them, that H834 I will not H3808 turn away H7725 from H4480 H310 them , to do them good H3190 H853 ; but I will put H5414 my fear H3374 in their hearts H3824 , that they shall not H1115 depart H5493 from H4480 H5921 me.

41. Yea , I will rejoice H7797 over H5921 them to do them good H2895 H853 , and I will plant H5193 them in this H2063 land H776 assuredly H571 with my whole H3605 heart H3820 and with my whole H3605 soul H5315 .

42. “யெகோவா கூறுவது இதுவே: இந்த மக்கள்மேல் இப்பேரிடரை நானே கொண்டுவந்தேன். ஆகவே நான் அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த வாக்குத்தத்தத்தின்படி, எல்லா செல்வச் செழிப்பையும் அதிகமாய் அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்.

42. For H3588 thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 ; Like as H834 I have brought H935 H853 all H3605 this H2063 great H1419 evil H7451 upon H413 this H2088 people H5971 , so H3651 will I H595 bring H935 upon H5921 them H853 all H3605 the good H2896 that H834 I H595 have promised H1696 H5921 them.

43. ‘அது மனிதர்களும், மிருகங்களும் இல்லாமல் பாழடைந்த நாடு என்றும், அது பாபிலோனியரின் கையில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும்,’ நீங்கள் சொல்லும் இந்நாட்டிலே, மறுபடியும் வயல்கள் வாங்கப்படும்.

43. And fields H7704 shall be bought H7069 in this H2063 land H776 , whereof H834 ye H859 say H559 , It H1931 is desolate H8077 without H4480 H369 man H120 or beast H929 ; it is given H5414 into the hand H3027 of the Chaldeans H3778 .

44. பென்யமீன் நாட்டிலும், எருசலேமைச் சூழ்ந்துள்ள கிராமங்களிலும், யூதாவின் பட்டணங்களிலும், மேற்கு மலைச்சரிவிலுள்ள நாட்டின் பட்டணங்களிலும், நெகேவ் பிரதேசத்திலும் வயல்கள் வெள்ளிக்கு வாங்கப்படும். பத்திரங்களுக்குக் கையெழுத்திட்டு முத்திரையிட்டு சாட்சிகளையும் வைப்பார்கள். ஏனெனில் நான் அவர்களுடைய செல்வங்களை திருப்பிக் கொடுப்பேன் என்று யெகோவா அறிவிக்கிறார்.” PE

Men shall buy H7069 fields H7704 for money H3701 , and subscribe H3789 evidences H5612 , and seal H2856 them , and take H5749 witnesses H5707 in the land H776 of Benjamin H1144 , and in the places about H5439 Jerusalem H3389 , and in the cities H5892 of Judah H3063 , and in the cities H5892 of the mountains H2022 , and in the cities H5892 of the valley H8219 , and in the cities H5892 of the south H5045 : for H3588 I will cause H853 their captivity H7622 to return H7725 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 .
