உலக மக்கள் நியாயத்தைக் கற்றுக்கொள்வார்கள்.

10. கொடியவருக்கு கிருபை காண்பிக்கப்படுகிறபொழுதும்,

11. யெகோவாவே, உமது கரம் மேலே உயர்த்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது,

உமது மக்களுக்காக நீர் கொண்டிருக்கும் வைராக்கியத்தைக் கண்டு

அவர்களைச் சுட்டெரிக்கட்டும்.

12. யெகோவாவே, நீரே எங்களுக்குச் சமாதானத்தை நிலைநாட்டுகிறீர்;

13. யெகோவாவே, எங்கள் இறைவனே,

இனி அவர்கள் வாழ்வதில்லை, பிரிந்துபோன அந்த ஆவிகள் எழும்புவதில்லை.
நீர் அவர்களைத் தண்டித்து அழிவுக்கு உட்படுத்தினீர்;
அவர்களைப்பற்றிய நினைவையே அழித்துப்போட்டீர்.

15. நீர் நாட்டைப் பெருகப்பண்ணியிருக்கிறீர்;
யெகோவாவே, நீர் நாட்டைப் பெருகப்பண்ணியிருக்கிறீர்.
நீர் உமக்கென்று மகிமையை வென்றெடுத்திருக்கிறீர்;
நாட்டின் எல்லைகள் அனைத்தையும் நீர் விரிவாக்கியிருக்கிறீர்.

15. Thou hast increased H3254 the nation H1471 , O LORD H3068 , thou hast increased H3254 the nation H1471 : thou art glorified H3513 : thou hadst removed it far H7368 unto all H3605 the ends H7099 of the earth H776 .

16. யெகோவாவே, அவர்கள் தமது துன்பத்தில் உம்மிடம் வந்தார்கள்;
நீர் அவர்களைச் சீர்ப்படுத்துவதற்காகத் தண்டித்தபோது,
அவர்கள் மன்றாடுவதற்குக்கூட பெலனற்று இருந்தார்கள்.

18. நாங்களும் கர்ப்பந்தரித்து வேதனையில் துடித்தோம்;
ஆனால் நாங்கள் காற்றையே பெற்றெடுத்தோம்.
பூமிக்கு இரட்சிப்பை நாங்கள் கொண்டுவரவில்லை,
நாங்கள் உலக மக்களைப் பெற்றெடுக்கவுமில்லை.

18. We have been with child H2029 , we have been in pain H2342 , we have as it were H3644 brought forth H3205 wind H7307 ; we have not H1077 wrought H6213 any deliverance H3444 in the earth H776 ; neither H1077 have the inhabitants H3427 of the world H8398 fallen H5307 .

19. ஆனாலும் மரித்த உமது மக்கள் உயிர்வாழ்வார்கள்;
அவர்களின் உடல்கள் உயிர்த்தெழும்பும்.
புழுதியில் வாழ்பவர்களே,
எழுந்து மகிழ்ந்து சத்தமிடுங்கள்.
