அவரைத் துதிப்பது எவ்வளவு மகிழ்ச்சியும் தகுதியுமாயிருக்கிறது.

2. யெகோவா எருசலேமைக் கட்டியெழுப்புகிறார்;
அவர் நாடுகடத்தப்பட்ட இஸ்ரயேலரை ஒன்றுசேர்க்கிறார்.

2. The LORD H3068 doth build up H1129 Jerusalem H3389 : he gathereth together H3664 the outcasts H1760 of Israel H3478 .

3. அவர் உள்ளம் உடைந்தவர்களைச் சுகப்படுத்தி,
அவர்களுடைய காயங்களைக் கட்டுகிறார்.

3. He healeth H7495 the broken H7665 in heart H3820 , and bindeth up H2280 their wounds H6094 .
|
|
4. அவர் நட்சத்திரங்களின் தொகையை எண்ணி,
அவை ஒவ்வொன்றையும் பெயரிட்டு அழைக்கிறார்.

4. He telleth H4487 the number H4557 of the stars H3556 ; he calleth H7121 them all H3605 by their names H8034 .
|

5. நம்முடைய யெகோவா பெரியவரும், வல்லமை மிகுந்தவருமாய் இருக்கிறார்;
அவருடைய அறிவுக்கு எல்லையே இல்லை.

6. யெகோவா தாழ்மையுள்ளவர்களை ஆதரிக்கிறார்;
ஆனால் கொடியவர்களையோ தரையில் வீழ்த்துகிறார்.

6. The LORD H3068 lifteth up H5749 the meek H6035 : he casteth the wicked down H8213 H7563 to H5704 the ground H776 .

7. யெகோவாவை நன்றியுடன் துதி பாடுங்கள்;
யாழினால் நம் இறைவனுக்கு இசை மீட்டுங்கள்.

7. Sing H6030 unto the LORD H3068 with thanksgiving H8426 ; sing praise H2167 upon the harp H3658 unto our God H430 :

8. அவர் ஆகாயத்தை மேகங்களினால் மூடுகிறார்;
பூமிக்கு மழையைக் கொடுத்து,
மலைகளில் புல்லை வளரப்பண்ணுகிறார்.

8. Who covereth H3680 the heaven H8064 with clouds H5645 , who prepareth H3559 rain H4306 for the earth H776 , who maketh grass H2682 to grow H6779 upon the mountains H2022 .

9. மிருகங்களுக்கும் கூப்பிடுகிற காக்கைக் குஞ்சுகளுக்கும்
அவர் உணவு கொடுக்கிறார்.

9. He giveth H5414 to the beast H929 his food H3899 , and to the young H1121 ravens H6158 which H834 cry H7121 .

|
10. குதிரையின் பலத்தில் அவர் பிரியம் கொள்வதில்லை,
படைவீரனின் கால் வலிமையில் அவர் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைவதுமில்லை;

10. He delighteth H2654 not H3808 in the strength H1369 of the horse H5483 : he taketh not pleasure H3808 H7521 in the legs H7785 of a man H376 .

11. யெகோவா தமக்குப் பயந்து,
தங்கள் நம்பிக்கையை அவருடைய உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பில்
வைத்திருக்கிறவர்களில் மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருக்கிறார்.

11. The LORD H3068 taketh pleasure in H7521 H853 them that fear H3373 him , in H853 those that hope H3176 in his mercy H2617 .

12. எருசலேமே யெகோவாவைப் பாராட்டு;
சீயோனே உன் இறைவனைத் துதி.

12. Praise H7623 H853 the LORD H3068 , O Jerusalem H3389 ; praise H1984 thy God H430 , O Zion H6726 .

|
13. ஏனெனில் அவர் உன் வாசல்களின் தாழ்ப்பாள்களைப் பலப்படுத்தி,
உன்னிடத்திலுள்ள உன் மக்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார்.

13. For H3588 he hath strengthened H2388 the bars H1280 of thy gates H8179 ; he hath blessed H1288 thy children H1121 within H7130 thee.

14. அவர் உன் எல்லைகளுக்குச் சமாதானத்தைக் கொடுத்து,
சிறந்த கோதுமையினால் உன்னைத் திருப்தியாக்குகிறார்.

14. He maketh H7760 peace H7965 in thy borders H1366 , and filleth H7646 thee with the finest H2459 of the wheat H2406 .

|
15. அவர் பூமிக்குத் தமது கட்டளையை அனுப்புகிறார்;
அவருடைய வார்த்தை விரைந்து செல்கிறது.

15. He sendeth forth H7971 his commandment H565 upon earth H776 : his word H1697 runneth H7323 very H5704 swiftly H4120 .

|
16. அவர் மூடுபனியை கம்பளியைப்போல் பரப்புகிறார்;
உறைபனித் துகள்களை சாம்பலைப்போல் தூவுகிறார்.

16. He giveth H5414 snow H7950 like wool H6785 : he scattereth H6340 the hoarfrost H3713 like ashes H665 .

|
17. அவர் தமது பனிக்கட்டி மழையை சிறு கற்களைப்போல் வீசியெறிகிறார்;
அவருடைய பனியின் குளிர்காற்றை யாரால் தாங்கமுடியும்?

17. He casteth forth H7993 his ice H7140 like morsels H6595 : who H4310 can stand H5975 before H6440 his cold H7135 ?

|
18. அவர் தமது வார்த்தையை அனுப்பி, அவைகளை உருகச்செய்கிறார்;
அவர் தமது தென்றல் காற்றுகளை வீசச்செய்ய, வெள்ளம் ஓடுகிறது.

18. He sendeth out H7971 his word H1697 , and melteth H4529 them : he causeth his wind H7307 to blow H5380 , and the waters H4325 flow H5140 .

19. அவர் தமது வார்த்தையை யாக்கோபுக்கும்,
தமது சட்டங்களையும் விதிமுறைகளையும் இஸ்ரயேலுக்கும் வெளிப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்.

19. He showeth H5046 his word H1697 unto Jacob H3290 , his statutes H2706 and his judgments H4941 unto Israel H3478 .

20. அவர் இப்படி வேறு எந்த மக்களுக்கும் வெளிப்படுத்தவில்லை;
அவர்கள் அவருடைய சட்டங்களை அறியாதிருக்கிறார்கள். யெகோவாவைத் துதி. PE
