1. நான் யெகோவாவுக்காகப் பொறுமையுடன் காத்திருந்தேன்;
அவர் என் பக்கமாய்த் திரும்பி என் கதறுதலைக் கேட்டார்.

2. அழிவின் குழியிலிருந்தும்
மண் சகதியிலிருந்தும் அவர் என்னை வெளியே தூக்கியெடுத்தார்,
அவர் கற்பாறைமேல் என் கால்களை நிறுத்தி,
நிற்பதற்கு ஒரு உறுதியான இடத்தையும் எனக்குக் கொடுத்தார்.

3. எங்கள் இறைவனைத் துதிக்கும் ஒரு துதியின் கீதமான
புதுப்பாட்டை அவர் என் வாயிலிருந்து வரச்செய்தார்.
அநேகர் அதைக்கண்டு பயந்து,
யெகோவாவிடம் தங்கள் நம்பிக்கையை வைப்பார்கள்.

4. பொய்யான கடவுள்களைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளாமலும்,
அகந்தை உள்ளவர்களைச் சாராமலும்,
யெகோவாவைத் தனது நம்பிக்கையாகக் கொண்டிருக்கிறவர்கள் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.

4. Blessed H835 is that man H1397 that H834 maketh H7760 the LORD H3068 his trust H4009 , and respecteth H6437 H413 not H3808 the proud H7295 , nor such as turn aside H7750 to lies H3577 .

5. என் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவே,
நீர் எங்களுக்காக செய்துள்ள அதிசயங்களும்
உம்முடைய திட்டங்களும் அநேகம்.
உமக்கு நிகரானவர் ஒருவரும் இல்லை;
அவைகளைக் குறித்து நான் விவரிக்கப்போனால்,
அவை எடுத்துரைக்க முடியாதளவு ஏராளமானவைகள்.

Many H7227 , O LORD H3068 my God H430 , are thy wonderful works H6381 which thou H859 hast done H6213 , and thy thoughts H4284 which are to H413 usward : they cannot H369 be reckoned up in order H6186 unto thee H413 : if I would declare H5046 and speak H1696 of them , they are more H6105 than can be numbered H4480 H5608 .

6. பலியையும் காணிக்கையையும் நீர் விரும்பவில்லை;
தகன காணிக்கைகளும் பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கைகளும் உமக்குத் தேவையில்லை;
ஆனால் நான் கேட்டுக் கீழ்ப்படிவதற்கு என் செவிகளைத் திறந்துவிட்டீர்.

6. Sacrifice H2077 and offering H4503 thou didst not H3808 desire H2654 ; mine ears H241 hast thou opened H3738 : burnt offering H5930 and sin offering H2401 hast thou not H3808 required H7592 .

7. அப்பொழுது நான், “இதோ, நான் வருகிறேன்;
புத்தகச்சுருளில் என்னைக்குறித்து எழுதியிருக்கிறதே.
|
7. Then H227 said H559 I, Lo H2009 , I come H935 : in the volume H4039 of the book H5612 it is written H3789 of H5921 me,

8. என் இறைவனே, நான் உமது விருப்பத்தைச் செய்ய விரும்புகிறேன்;
உமது சட்டம் என் உள்ளத்திற்குள் இருக்கிறது” என்று சொன்னேன்.

8. I delight H2654 to do H6213 thy will H7522 , O my God H430 : yea , thy law H8451 is within H8432 my heart H4578 .

9. மகா சபையில் உமது நீதியை பிரசித்தப்படுத்துகிறேன்;
யெகோவாவே, நீர் அறிந்திருக்கிறபடி
நான் என் உதடுகளை மூடுவதில்லை.

9. I have preached H1319 righteousness H6664 in the great H7227 congregation H6951 : lo H2009 , I have not H3808 refrained H3607 my lips H8193 , O LORD H3068 , thou H859 knowest H3045 .

10. நான் உமது நீதியை என் உள்ளத்தில் மறைப்பதில்லை;
உமது உண்மையையும்,
இரட்சிப்பையும் குறித்து நான் பேசுகிறேன்.
உமது உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பையும் உண்மையையும் மகா சபைக்கு நான் மறைக்கவுமில்லை.

10. I have not H3808 hid H3680 thy righteousness H6666 within H8432 my heart H3820 ; I have declared H559 thy faithfulness H530 and thy salvation H8668 : I have not H3808 concealed H3582 thy lovingkindness H2617 and thy truth H571 from the great H7227 congregation H6951 .

11. யெகோவாவே, எனக்கு இரக்கத்தைக் காட்டாமல் விடாதேயும்;
உமது உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பும் உமது உண்மையும் எப்போதும் என்னைப் பாதுகாப்பதாக.

11. Withhold H3607 not H3808 thou H859 thy tender mercies H7356 from H4480 me , O LORD H3068 : let thy lovingkindness H2617 and thy truth H571 continually H8548 preserve H5341 me.

|
12. ஏனெனில் எண்ணற்ற இன்னல்கள் என்னைச் சூழ்கின்றன;
என் பாவங்கள் என்னை மூடிக்கொண்டதால், நான் பார்க்க முடியாதிருக்கிறேன்.
என் தலையிலுள்ள முடியைப் பார்க்கிலும், அவைகள் அதிகமானவை;
அதினால் என் இருதயம் எனக்குள் சோர்ந்துபோகிறது.

12. For H3588 innumerable H5704 H369 H4557 evils H7451 have compassed me about H661 H5921 : mine iniquities H5771 have taken hold H5381 upon me , so that I am not H3808 able H3201 to look up H7200 ; they are more H6105 than the hairs H4480 H8185 of mine head H7218 : therefore my heart H3820 faileth H5800 me.

13. யெகோவாவே, தயவுசெய்து என்னைக் காப்பாற்றும்;
யெகோவாவே, எனக்கு உதவிசெய்ய விரைவாய் வாரும்.

13. Be pleased H7521 , O LORD H3068 , to deliver H5337 me : O LORD H3068 , make haste H2363 to help H5833 me.

14. என் உயிரை அழிக்கத் தேடுகிற யாவரும்
வெட்கப்பட்டுக் குழப்பமடைவார்களாக;
எனது அழிவை விரும்புகிற யாவரும்
அவமானமடைந்து திரும்புவார்களாக.
|
14. Let them be ashamed H954 and confounded H2659 together H3162 that seek after H1245 my soul H5315 to destroy H5595 it ; let them be driven H5472 backward H268 and put to shame H3637 that wish H2655 me evil H7451 .

15. என்னைப் பார்த்து, “ஆ! ஆ!” என்று ஏளனம் செய்கிறவர்கள்
அவர்களுடைய வெட்கத்தினால் நிலைகுலைந்து போவார்களாக.
|
15. Let them be desolate H8074 for H5921 a reward H6118 of their shame H1322 that say H559 unto me, Aha H1889 , aha H1889 .

16. ஆனால் உம்மைத் தேடுகிற யாவரும்
உம்மில் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூருவார்களாக;
உமது இரட்சிப்பை விரும்புவோர், “யெகோவா பெரியவர்!”
என்று எப்போதும் சொல்வார்களாக.

16. Let all H3605 those that seek H1245 thee rejoice H7797 and be glad H8055 in thee : let such as love H157 thy salvation H8668 say H559 continually H8548 , The LORD H3068 be magnified H1431 .

17. நானோ, ஏழையும் எளியவனுமாயிருக்கிறேன்;
யெகோவா என்னை நினைப்பாராக.
நீரே என் துணை, நீரே என் மீட்பர்;
என் இறைவனே, தாமதியாதேயும். PE

17. But I H589 am poor H6041 and needy H34 ; yet the Lord H136 thinketh H2803 upon me: thou H859 art my help H5833 and my deliverer H6403 ; make no H408 tarrying H309 , O my God H430 .
