1 परमेश्वर मोशेला म्हणाला,
2 “इस्राएल लोकांना सांग: मी परमेश्वर तुमचा देव आहे.
3 तुम्ही ज्या मिसर देशात राहात होता त्या देशातील रीतीरीवाजाप्रमाणे चालू नका! तसेच ज्या कनान देशात मी तुम्हाला घेऊन जात आहे त्या देशातील चालीरीती प्रमाणेही तुम्ही चालू नका! त्यांचे विधी पाळू नका.”
4 तुम्ही माझ्याच नियमाप्रमाणे चाला व माझेच विधी कसोशीने पाळा! कारण मी तुमचा देव परमेश्वर आहे.
5 म्हणून तुम्ही माझे विधी व माझे नियम पाळावे; ते जो पाळील तो त्यांच्यामुळे जिवंत राहील! मी परमेश्वर आहे!
6 “तुम्ही कधीही आपल्या जवळच्या नातलगाशी शरीरसंबंध करु नये! मी परमेश्वर आहे:
7 “तुम्ही तुमच्या आईवडिलांबरोबर शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नयेत. ती तुमची आई आहे. म्हणून तिच्याबरोबर शारीरिक संबंध असता कामा नये.
8 तू तुझ्या सावत्र आईशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको, त्यामुळे तुझ्या बापाचीलाज जाईल.
9 “तू तुझ्या बहिणीशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको, ती बहीण सख्खी असो किंवा सावत्र असो; ती तुझ्या घरात जन्मलेली असो किंवा तुझ्या घराबाहेर दुसऱ्याच्या घरी जन्मलेली असो,तू तिच्यापाशी जाऊ नको.
10 “तू तुझ्या नातीशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको, मग ती तुझ्या मुलाची मुलगी असो किंवा मुलीची मुलगी असो; त्यामुळे तुझीच लाज जाईल!
11 “जर तुझ्या बापाच्या बायकोला तुझ्या बापापासून मुलगी झाली असेल तर ती तुझी बहीणच आहे; म्हणून तू तिच्याशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको.
12 “तुझ्या आत्याशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको. ती तुझ्या बापाची जवळची नातलग आहे.
13 तुझ्या मावशीशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको, ती तुझ्या आईची जवळची नातलग आहे.
14 तू तुझ्या चुलत्याची लाज उघडी करु नको, म्हणजे त्याच्या बायकोशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको; ती तुझी चुलती आहे.
15 “तुझ्या सुनेशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको, ती तुझ्या मुलाची बायको आहे.
16 “तुझ्या भावजयीशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको, त्यामुळे तुझ्या भावाची लाज जाईल.
17 “एखाद्या स्त्रीशी व तिच्या मुलीशी म्हणजेच दोघींशी अथवा तिच्या नातीशी मग ती तिच्या मुलाची मुलगी असो किंवा मुलीची मुलगी असो शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको. कारण त्या तिच्या जवळच्या नातलग आहेत; असे करणे अति दुष्टपणाचे आहे.
18 “तुझी बायको जिवंत असताना तिच्या बहिणीला बायको करुन तिला सवत करुन घेऊ नको; त्यामुळे त्या एकमेकींच्या शत्रू होतील; तू तिच्या बहिणीशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको.
19 “स्त्री ऋ तुमती झाली असताना तिच्यापाशी जाऊ नको; कारण ऋ तुकालात ती अशुद्ध असते.
20 “तू आपल्या शेजाऱ्याच्या बायकोशी शारीरिक संबंध ठेवू नको. त्यामुळे तू अमंगळ होशील!
21 “तू तुझ्या लहान मुलांमुलीपैकी कोणाचाही मौलख दैवतासाठी होम करु नको; असे करशील तर तू आपल्या देवाच्या नांवाचा अवमान करुन त्याच्या नांवाला कलंक लावशील! मी परमेश्वर आहे.
22 “स्त्रीगमनाप्रमाणे पुरुषगमन करु नको! ते भयंकर पाप आहे!
23 “कोणत्याही पशूशी गमन करु नको! त्यामुळे तू मात्र अमंगळ होशील! त्याचप्रमाणे स्त्रीने पशूशी गमन करावयासाठी त्याच्यापाशी जाऊ नये; ते कृत्य निसर्गविरुद्ध आहे!
24 “असल्याप्रकारच्या पाप कर्मामुळे स्वत:ला अशुद्ध करुन घेऊ नका! कारण मी राष्ट्रांना त्यांच्या देशातून बाहेर घालवून देत आहे, आणि तो देश मी तुम्हाला देत आहे! कारण तेथील लोकांनी असली भंयकर पापकर्में केली!
25 म्हणून त्यांचा देश भयंकर भ्रष्ट झाला आहे! आणि आता तो तेथील रहिवाशांना, ओकून बाहेर टाकीत आहे!
26 “ह्याकरिता तुम्ही माझे विधी व नियम पाळावे; हे नियम इस्राएल लोकांकरिता आणि त्यांच्यामध्ये राहाणाऱ्या परदेशीय लोकांकरिताही आहेत; तुम्हांपैकी कोणीही असली भयंकर अमंगळ पापकर्मे करु नये.
27 कारण तुमच्या पूर्वी ह्या देशात राहाणाऱ्या लोकांनी भयंकर अमंगळ पापकृत्ये केल्यामुळे हा देश अमंगळ झाला आहे.
28 जर तुम्ही या गोष्टी केल्या तर तुम्ही हा देश भ्रष्ट केला तसा तो तुमचाही त्याग करील.
29 जे कोणी ह्यातील कोणतेही अमंगळ पापी कृत्य करतील त्या सर्वाना आपल्या लोकांतून बाहेर टाकावे.
30 इतर लोकांनी असली भयंकर अमंगळ पापकृत्ये केली, परंतु तुम्ही माझे विधी व नियम पाळावेत; तसली भयंकर अमंगळ पापकृत्ये करुन तुम्ही आपणाला अमंगळ करुन घेऊ नये! मी तुमचा देव परमेश्वर आहे.”

4 Ye shall do H6213 my judgments H4941 , and keep H8104 mine ordinances H2708 , to walk H1980 L-VQFC therein : I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 EDS your God H430 .
5 Ye shall therefore keep H8104 my statutes H2708 , and my judgments H4941 : which H834 RPRO if a man H120 D-NMS do H6213 VQY3MS , he shall live H2425 in them : I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
6 None H3808 NADV of you shall approach H7126 to H413 PREP any H3605 NMS that is near H7607 of kin H1320 CMS-3MS to him , to uncover H1540 their nakedness H6172 : I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
7 The nakedness H6172 CFS of thy father H1 NMS , or the nakedness H6172 W-CFS of thy mother H517 , shalt thou not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 : she H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy mother H517 ; thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 her nakedness H6172 .
8 The nakedness H6172 CFS of thy father H1 NMS \'s wife H802 CFS shalt thou not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 : it H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy father H1 NMS \'s nakedness H6172 CFS .
9 The nakedness H6172 CFS of thy sister H269 , the daughter H1323 of thy father H1 NMS , or H176 CONJ daughter H1323 of thy mother H517 , whether she be born H4138 at home H1004 NMS , or H176 CONJ born H4138 abroad H2351 , even their nakedness H6172 thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 .
10 The nakedness H6172 CFS of thy son H1121 \'s daughter H1323 CFS , or H176 CONJ of thy daughter H1323 \'s daughter H1323 , even their nakedness H6172 thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 : for H3588 CONJ theirs H2007 is thine own nakedness H6172 .
11 The nakedness H6172 CFS of thy father H1 NMS \'s wife H802 CFS \'s daughter H1323 CFS , begotten H4138 of thy father H1 NMS , she H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy sister H269 , thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 her nakedness H6172 .
12 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 the nakedness H6172 CFS of thy father H1 NMS \'s sister H269 : she H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy father H1 NMS \'s near kinswoman H7607 .
13 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 the nakedness H6172 CFS of thy mother H517 \'s sister H269 : for H3588 CONJ she H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy mother H517 \'s near kinswoman H7607 .
14 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 the nakedness H6172 CFS of thy father H1 NMS \'s brother H251 , thou shalt not H3808 NADV approach H7126 to H413 PREP his wife H802 CFS-3MS : she H1931 PPRO-3FS is thine aunt H1733 .
15 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 the nakedness H6172 CFS of thy daughter H3618 - in - law : she H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy son H1121 \'s wife H802 CFS ; thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 her nakedness H6172 .
16 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 the nakedness H6172 CFS of thy brother H251 CMS-2MS \'s wife H802 CFS : it H1931 PPRO-3FS is thy brother H251 CMS-2MS \'s nakedness H6172 CFS .
17 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV uncover H1540 the nakedness H6172 CFS of a woman H802 NFS and her daughter H1323 , neither H3808 NADV shalt thou take H3947 her son H1121 \'s daughter H1323 CFS , or her daughter H1323 CFS \'s daughter H1323 , to uncover H1540 her nakedness H6172 ; for they H2007 PPRO-3FP are her near kinswomen H7608 : it H1931 PPRO-3FS is wickedness H2154 NFS .
18 Neither H3808 NADV shalt thou take H3947 a wife H802 to H413 PREP her sister H269 , to vex H6887 her , to uncover H1540 her nakedness H6172 , beside H5921 PREP-3FS the other in her life H2416 time .
19 Also thou shalt not H3808 NADV approach H7126 unto H413 W-PREP a woman H802 NFS to uncover H1540 her nakedness H6172 , as long as she is put apart H5079 for her uncleanness H2932 .
20 Moreover thou shalt not H3808 NADV lie carnally H2233 with H413 W-PREP thy neighbor H5997 \'s wife H802 CFS , to defile H2930 thyself with her .
21 And thou shalt not H3808 NADV let H5414 any of thy seed H2233 pass through H5674 the fire to Molech H4432 , neither H3808 W-NADV shalt thou profane H2490 the name H8034 CMS of thy God H430 CMP-2MS : I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
22 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV lie H7901 with H854 W-PART mankind H2145 NMS , as with H4904 womankind H802 NFS : it H1931 PPRO-3FS is abomination H8441 .
23 Neither H3808 NADV shalt thou lie H5414 with any H3605 WB-CMS beast H929 NFS to defile H2930 thyself therewith : neither H3808 ADV shall any woman H802 stand H5975 before H6440 L-CMP a beast H929 to lie down H7250 thereto : it H1931 PPRO-3MS is confusion H8397 .
24 Defile not ye yourselves H2930 in any H3605 B-CMS of these things H428 PMP : for H3588 CONJ in all H3605 these H428 PMP the nations H1471 D-NMP are defiled H2930 which H834 RPRO I H589 PPRO-1MS cast out H7971 before H6440 you :
25 And the land H776 D-GFS is defiled H2930 : therefore I do visit H6485 the iniquity H5771 thereof upon H5921 PREP-3FS it , and the land H776 D-GFS itself vomiteth out H6958 her inhabitants H3427 .
26 Ye H859 PPRO-2MS shall therefore keep H8104 my statutes H2708 and my judgments H4941 , and shall not H3808 W-NPAR commit H6213 any of these H3605 M-CMS abominations H8441 ; neither any of your own nation H249 , nor any stranger H1616 that sojourneth H1481 among H8432 you :
27 ( CONJ For CONJ all H3605 NMS these H411 abominations H8441 have the men H376 of the land H776 D-GFS done H6213 VQQ3MP , which H834 RPRO were before H6440 you , and the land H776 D-GFS is defiled H2930 ; )
28 That the land H776 D-GFS spew not you out H6958 also , when ye defile H2930 it , as H834 RPRO it spewed out H6958 the nations H1471 that H834 RPRO were before H6440 you .
29 For H3588 CONJ whosoever H3605 NMS shall commit H6213 VQY3MS any H3605 NMS of these H428 D-DPRO-3MP abominations H8441 , even the souls H5315 that commit H6213 them shall be cut off H3772 from among H7130 their people H5971 .
30 Therefore shall ye keep H8104 mine ordinance H4931 , that ye commit not H6213 VQFC any one of these abominable customs H2708 , which H834 RPRO were committed H6213 before H6440 you , and that ye defile not yourselves H2930 therein : I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 EDS your God H430 .
