1 ਅਲੀਸ਼ਾ ਨਬੀ ਨੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਆਪਣਾ ਲੱਕ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਅਰ ਤੇਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕੁੱਪੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਅਰ ਰਾਮੋਥ-ਗਿਲਆਦ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਹ

2 ਜਦ ਤੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਅੱਪੜੇਂ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਮਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਪੋਤ੍ਰੇ ਯਹੋਸ਼ਾਫਾਟ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਲਈਂ ਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਠਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੀ ਕੋਠੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਜਾਈਂ

3 ਫੇਰ ਤੇਲ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਪੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਡੋਹਲ ਦੇਈਂ ਅਰ ਆਖੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਐਉਂ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਤਦ ਤੂੰ ਬੂਹਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਨੱਸੀਂ ਤੇ ਠਹਿਰੀਂ ਨਾ

4 ਸੋ ਉਹ ਜੁਆਨ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਉਹ ਜੁਆਨ ਨਬੀ ਰਾਮੋਥ-ਗਿਲਆਦ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆ

5 ਅਰ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਅੱਪੜਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਵੇਖੋ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ, ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਬੋਲਿਆ, ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਹਦੇ ਲਈ? ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਲਈ

6 ਤਦ ਉਹ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਅਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੇਲ ਡੋਹਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਐਉਂ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ

7 ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਹਾਬ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟੀਂ ਭਈ ਮੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸਾਂ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਹੂ ਦਾ ਅਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸੱਭ ਦਾਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਹੂ ਦਾ ਵੱਟਾ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਲਵਾਂ

8 ਅਹਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਰ ਮੈਂ ਅਹਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਹਰ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਬੰਧੂਏ ਨੂੰ ਅਰ ਹਰ ਅਜ਼ਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਟ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ

9 ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਅਹਾਬ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਬਾਟ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਯਾਰਾਬੁਆਮ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਅਰ ਅਹੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਬਆਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਂਙੁ ਕਰ ਛੱਡਾਂਗਾ

10 ਅਰ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਬਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਉੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਫੇਰ ਉਹ ਬੂਹਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਨੱਸ ਗਿਆ।।

11 ਤਦ ਯੇਹੂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਕਰਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਇਆ ਅਰ ਇੱਕ ਜਣੇ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਸੁਖ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ? ਇਹ ਦਿਵਾਨਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਕਿਉਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ? ਉਹ ਨੇ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ

12 ਅਤੇ ਓਹ ਬੋਲੇ, ਏਹ ਝੂਠਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਤਾਂ ਸਈ, ਤਦ ਉਹ ਬੋਲਿਆ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਐਉਂ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤਾ

13 ਤਦ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਛੇਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਰ ਹਰੇਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਸਤਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਿਛਾਏ ਅਰ ਤੁਰਹੀ ਵਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਯੇਹੂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈ

14 ਐਉਂ ਨਿਮਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਪੋਤ੍ਰੇ ਯਹੋਸ਼ਾਫਾਟ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਨੇ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਮਤਾ ਪਕਾਇਆ ਅਰ ਅਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਹਜ਼ਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਸਣੇ ਰਾਮੋਥ-ਗਿਲਆਦ ਦੀ ਵੇਖ ਭਾਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ

15 ਪਰ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਮੁੜ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਭਈ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੱਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਵਾ ਦਾਰੂ ਕਰਾਏ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਹਜ਼ਾਏਲ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਦਿਆਂ ਅਰਾਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਲੱਗੇ ਸਨ। ਤਦ ਯੇਹੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਨੱਸਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਕੇ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਖਬਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਣੀ ਨਾ ਪਾਵੇ

16 ਅਤੇ ਯੇਹੂ ਰਥ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਉੱਥੇ ਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਰ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਹਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ ਆਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।।

17 ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਰੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਬੁਰਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਲੋਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਰ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯੇਹੂ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਜੱਥੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਜੱਥਾ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਯੋਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਇੱਕ ਸਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ ਘੱਲ ਭਈ ਉਹ ਪੁੱਛੇ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ?

18 ਸੋ ਇੱਕ ਸਵਾਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ ਗਿਆ ਅਰ ਬੋਲਿਆ, ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਐਉਂ ਪੁੱਛਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ? ਅਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਬੋਲਿਆ, ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ? ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋ ਲੈ। ਅਰ ਪਹਿਰੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹਲਕਾਰਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਅਪੱੜ ਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਪਿਛਾਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁੜਿਆ

19 ਤਦ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਲਿਆ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਐਉਂ ਪੁੱਛਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ? ਯੇਹੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ? ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋ ਲੈ

20 ਤਾਂ ਪਹਿਰੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ, ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਅੱਪੜ ਤਾਂ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਪਿਛਾਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁੜਿਆ ਅਰ ਹੱਕਣਾ ਨਿਮਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਹੱਕਣ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹੋ ਐਨੀ ਕਾਹਲੀ ਹੱਕਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।।

21 ਤਦ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਜੋਤ ਦੇਹ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਰਥ ਜੋਤ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਤਦ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਅਰ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਹਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੱਥ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿੱਕਲੇ ਅਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ ਗਏ ਅਰ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲੀ ਨਬੋਥ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ

22 ਤਾਂ ਐਉਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਯੇਹੂ ਨੂੰ ਡਿੱਠਾ ਤਾਂ ਬੋਲਿਆ, ਯੇਹੂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ? ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਜਦ ਤਾਈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਨਾਹਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਦੂਗਰੀਆਂ ਏਨੀਆਂ ਵਧੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹੋਣ ਤਦ ਤਾਂਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕੇਹੀ?

23 ਤਦ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਵਾਗਾਂ ਮੋੜੀਆਂ ਅਰ ਨੱਸ ਤੁਰਿਆ ਅਰ ਅਹਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹੇ ਅਹਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਛਲ ਹੈ!

24 ਤਾਂ ਯੋਹੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਧਣੁਖ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ ਅਰ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਦਿਆਂ ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਅਰ ਤੀਰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਨਿੱਕਲਿਆ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਿਆ

25 ਤਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੁੱਦੇਦਾਰ ਬਿਦਕਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲੀ ਨਬੋਥ ਦੇ ਖੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਹ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਰਲ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਿਉ ਅਹਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਹੋ ਹੁਕਮ ਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ

26 ਸੱਚ ਮੁੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ ਭਲਕ ਹੀ ਨਬੋਥ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਏਸੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵੱਟਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਵਾਕ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਉੱਸੇ ਥਾਂ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਹ

27 ਜਦ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਹਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਏਹ ਡਿੱਠਾ ਤਾਂ ਬਾਗ ਦੀ ਬਾਰਾਂਦਰੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਨੱਸਿਆ ਪਰ ਯੇਹੂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਰਥ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟੋ। ਇਹ ਗੂਰ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੋ ਯਿਬਲਾਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਮਗਿੱਦੋ ਨੂੰ ਭੱਜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ

28 ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਚਾਕਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਖ ਕੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਏ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਿਉ ਦਾਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਬਿਆ

29 ਅਤੇ ਅਹਾਬ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਗਿਆਰਵੇਂ ਵਰਹੇਂ ਅਹਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।।

30 ਜਦ ਯੇਹੂ ਇਜ਼ਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜਿਆ ਅਰ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਨੇ ਏਹ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੱਜਲ ਪਾਇਆ ਅਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੰਗਾਰ ਕੇ ਤਾਕੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੀ ਝਾਕਣ ਲੱਗੀ

31 ਜਦ ਯੇਹੂ ਫਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜਿਆ ਉਹ ਬੋਲੀ, ਹੇ ਜ਼ਿਮਰੀ, ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਘਾਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ?

32 ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤਾਕੀ ਵੱਲ ਮੂੰਹ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ? ਕੌਣ? ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਤਿੰਨ ਖੋਜਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਵੱਲ ਝਾਕਿਆ

33 ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡੇਗ ਦਿਓ। ਸੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਡੇਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਲਹੂ ਦੇ ਛਿੱਟੇ ਕੰਧ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਰ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਏ ਅਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਲਤਾੜ ਛੱਡਿਆ

34 ਜਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੜ ਕੇ ਖਾਧਾ ਪੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਇਸ ਸਰਾਪੀ ਤੀਵੀਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭੋ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਬ ਦਿਓ ਕਿਉਂਜੋ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਹੈ

35 ਅਤੇ ਓਹ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਬਣ ਲਈ ਗਏ ਪਰ ਖੋਪੜੀ ਅਰ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਅਰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਥੇਲੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੁਝ ਭੀ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ

36 ਤਦ ਓਹ ਮੁੜ ਆਏ ਅਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਏਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਓਹੋ ਬਚਨ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸ ਏਲੀਯਾਹ ਤਿਸ਼ਬੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਭਈ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਦੇ ਖੱਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਦਾ ਮਾਸ ਖਾਣਗੇ

37 ਅਤੇ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਦੀ ਲੋਥ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਦੇ ਖੱਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਈ ਹੋਈ ਖਾਦ ਵਾਂਙੁ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਕਹਿ ਨਾ ਸੱਕੇ ਭਈ ਏਹ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਹੈ।।
