1. ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੇ ਨਮਿੱਤ ਮੈਂ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਨਮਿੱਤ ਮੈਂ ਚੈਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਉਜਾਲੇ ਵਾਂਙੁ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਬਲਦੇ ਦੀਵੇ ਵਾਂਙੁ ਨਾ ਨਿੱਕਲੇ।

2. ਕੌਮਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣਗੇ, ਤੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਾਉਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਦੀ ਜਾਵੇਂਗੀ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੱਸੇਗਾ।

3. ਤੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਹੁੱਪਣ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਟ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਅਮਾਮਾ ਹੋਵੇਂਗੀ।

4. ਤੂੰ ਫੇਰ ਛੁੱਟੜ ਨਾ ਸਦਾਏਂਗੀ, ਨਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਫੇਰ ਖਰਾਬਾ ਅਖਵਾਏਗੀ, ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਏਹ ਸਦਾਏਂਗੀ, ਮੇਰੀ ਭਾਉਣੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ, ਸੁਹਾਗਣ , ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਭਾਉਣੀ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਆਹੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

5. ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੁਆਨ ਕੁਆਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹ ਲੈਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਲਾੜਾ ਲਾੜੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੀਝਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੀਝੇਗਾ।।

6. ਹੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਕੰਧਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਾਖੇ ਲਾਏ ਹਨ, ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਰਾਤ ਓਹ ਕਦੀ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਾ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਰਾਮ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ!

7. ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਾਮ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਓ, ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਉਹ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਸਤਤ ਲਈ ਕਾਇਮ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ!

7. And give H5414 him no H408 rest H1824 , till H5704 he establish H3559 , and till H5704 he make H7760 H853 Jerusalem H3389 a praise H8416 in the earth H776 .

8. ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਭੁਜਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਧੀ, ਭਈ ਮੈਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਨ ਤੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਲਈ ਕਦੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਓਪਰੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਮੈਂ ਨਾ ਪੀਣਗੇ, ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੈਂ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ,

9. ਪਰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਂਭਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਹੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀਣਗੇ।।

9. But H3588 they that have gathered H622 it shall eat H398 it , and praise H1984 H853 the LORD H3068 ; and they that have brought it together H6908 shall drink H8354 it in the courts H2691 of my holiness H6944 .

10. ਲੰਘ ਜਾਓ, ਫਾਟਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਓ! ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ, ਭਰਤੀ ਪਾਓ, ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਪਾਓ! ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਸੁੱਟੋ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਝੰਡਾ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰੋ!

11. ਵੇਖੋ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੀਕ ਏਹ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਭਈ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੋ, ਵੇਖ, ਤੇਰਾ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਲਗਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਵੇਖ, ਉਹ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੈ।

11. Behold H2009 , the LORD H3068 hath proclaimed H8085 unto H413 the end H7097 of the world H776 , Say H559 ye to the daughter H1323 of Zion H6726 , Behold H2009 , thy salvation H3468 cometh H935 ; behold H2009 , his reward H7939 is with H854 him , and his work H6468 before H6440 him.

12. ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਪਰਜਾ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਛੁਡਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਆਖਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਲੱਭੀ ਹੋਈ ਅਰ ਨਾ ਤਿਆਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਨਗਰੀ ਸਦਾਵੇਂਗੀ।।

12. And they shall call H7121 them , The holy H6944 people H5971 , The redeemed H1350 of the LORD H3068 : and thou shalt be called H7121 , Sought out H1875 , A city H5892 not H3808 forsaken H5800 .
