ERVKN   ಸ್ವಂತ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲದವನು ಅಂದರೆ ಅಣ್ಣತಮ್ಮಂದಿರಾಗಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದವನು ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟು ದುಡಿಯುವನು. ಅವನಿಗೂ ತನ್ನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವನು ಬಿಡುವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟು ದುಡಿಯುವನು. “ನಾನೇಕೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟು ದುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವೆ? ನಾನೇಕೆ ಜೀವನದ ಸುಖವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ?” ಎಂದು ಅವನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಸಹ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.

And he works so hard that he never stops and asks himself, "Why am I working so hard? Why don't I let myself enjoy my life?" This is also a very bad and senseless thing.
