TEV   దేవదారు కఱ్ఱను హిస్సోపును రక్తవర్ణపు నూలును సజీవమైన పక్షిని తీసికొని వధింపబడిన పక్షి రక్తములోను పారు నీటిలో వాటిని ముంచి యింటిమీద ఏడు మారులు ప్రోక్షింపవలెను.
ERVTE   తరువాత యాజకుడు దేవదారు చెక్క ముక్కను, హిస్సోపును, ఎర్రగుడ్డ ముక్కను, ప్రాణంతో ఉన్న పక్షిని తీసుకోవాలి. పారుతున్న నీళ్లలో వధించబడిన పక్షి రక్తంలో యాజకుడు వీటన్నింటినీ ముంచాలి. అప్పుడు యాజకుడు రక్తన్ని ఇంటిమీద ఏడు సార్లు చిలకరించాలి.

ERVKN   ಬಳಿಕ ಯಾಜಕನು ದೇವದಾರಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು, ಹಿಸ್ಸೋಪನ್ನು, ಕೆಂಪು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಜೀವವಾದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು. ಯಾಜಕನು ಹರಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ವಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪಕ್ಷಿಯ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅದ್ದುವನು. ಬಳಿಕ ಯಾಜಕನು ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಮನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳು ಸಲ ಚಿಮಿಕಿಸುವನು.
