6 അഹശ്വേരോശിന്റെ കാലത്തു, അവന്റെ വാഴ്ചയുടെ ആരംഭത്തില്‍ തന്നേ, അവര്‍ യെഹൂദയിലെയും യെരൂശലേമിലെയും നിവാസികള്‍ക്കു വിരോധമായി അന്യായപത്രം എഴുതി അയച്ചു.
