Numbers 29:1 (NIRV) New International Reader's Version

1 " 'On the first day of the seventh month, come together for a special service. Do not do any regular work. Blow the trumpets on that day.
2 " 'Prepare a burnt offering. It will give a smell that is pleasant to the Lord. Prepare one young bull and one ram. Also prepare seven male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
3 " 'Prepare a grain offering along with the bull. It must have 24 cups of fine flour. Mix it with olive oil. Offer 16 cups along with the ram.
4 Offer eight cups along with each of the seven lambs.
5 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It will pay for your sin.
6 " 'Each month and each day you must bring burnt offerings. Bring them along with their grain offerings and drink offerings as they are required. " 'The offerings for the Feast of Trumpets are in addition to them. They are offerings that are made to the Lord with fire. They have a pleasant smell.
7 " 'On the tenth day of the seventh month, come together for a special service. You must not eat anything on that day. You must not do any work on it.
8 " 'Bring a burnt offering. It will give a smell that is pleasant to the Lord. Bring one young bull and one ram. Also bring seven male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
9 " 'Prepare a grain offering along with the bull. It must have 24 cups of fine flour. Mix it with olive oil. Offer 16 cups along with the ram.
10 Offer eight cups along with each of the seven lambs.
11 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the offering that pays for sin. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering along with its grain offering. It is also in addition to their drink offerings.
12 " 'On the 15th day of the seventh month, come together for a special service. Do not do any regular work. Celebrate the Feast of Booths in honor of the Lord for seven days.
13 " 'Bring an offering that is made with fire. It will give a smell that is pleasant to the Lord. Bring a burnt offering of 13 young bulls and two rams. Also bring 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
14 " 'Prepare a grain offering along with each of the 13 bulls. It must have 24 cups of fine flour. Mix it with olive oil. Offer 16 cups along with each of the two rams.
15 Offer eight cups along with each of the 14 lambs.
16 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
17 " 'On the second day prepare 12 young bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
18 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
19 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering along with its grain offering. It is also in addition to their drink offerings.
20 " 'On the third day prepare 11 bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
21 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
22 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
23 " 'On the fourth day prepare ten bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
24 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
25 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
26 " 'On the fifth day prepare nine bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
27 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
28 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
29 " 'On the sixth day prepare eight bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
30 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
31 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
32 " 'On the seventh day prepare seven bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
33 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
34 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
35 " 'On the eighth day come together for a sacred service. Do not do any regular work.
36 " 'Bring an offering that is made with fire. It will give a smell that is pleasant to the Lord. Bring a burnt offering of one bull and one ram. Also bring seven male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
37 " 'Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bull, the ram and the lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
38 " 'Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to the grain offering and drink offering.
39 " 'Here are the offerings you must prepare for the Lord at your appointed feasts. They are burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings and friendship offerings. They are in addition to the offerings you bring to keep a special promise you make to the Lord. They are also in addition to the offerings you choose to give.' "
40 Moses told the people of Israel everything the Lord had commanded him.

2 And ye shall offer H6213 a burnt offering H5930 for a sweet H5207 savor H7381 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS ; one H259 MMS young H1121 bullock H6499 , one H259 MMS ram H352 , and seven H7651 NUM-MS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS without blemish H8549 :
3 And their meat offering H4503 shall be of flour H5560 mingled H1101 with oil H8081 , three H7969 NFS tenth deals H6241 for a bullock H6499 , and two H8147 ONUM tenth deals H6241 for a ram H352 ,
4 And one H259 MMS tenth deal H6241 for one H259 lamb H3532 , throughout the seven H7651 L-RMS lambs H3532 :
5 And one H259 MMS kid H8163 of the goats H5795 for a sin offering H2403 CFS , to make an atonement H3722 for H5921 PREP-2MP you :
6 Beside H905 ML-NMS the burnt offering H5930 of the month H2320 D-NMS , and his meat offering H4503 , and the daily H8548 burnt offering H5930 , and his meat offering H4503 , and their drink offerings H5262 , according unto their manner H4941 , for a sweet H5207 savor H7381 , a sacrifice made by fire H801 unto the LORD H3068 .
7 And ye shall have H1961 VQY3MS on the tenth H6218 day of this H2088 D-PMS seventh H7637 D-ONUM month H2320 LD-NMS a holy H6944 convocation H4744 ; and ye shall afflict H6031 your souls H5315 : ye shall not H3808 NADV do H6213 any H3605 NMS work H4399 therein :
8 But ye shall offer H7126 a burnt offering H5930 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS for a sweet H5207 savor H7381 CMS ; one H259 MMS young H1121 bullock H6499 , one H259 MMS ram H352 , and seven H7651 NUM-MS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS ; they shall be H1961 VQY3MP unto you without blemish H8549 :
9 And their meat offering H4503 shall be of flour H5560 mingled H1101 with oil H8081 , three H7969 NFS tenth deals H6241 to a bullock H6499 , and two H8147 ONUM tenth deals H6241 to one H259 ram H352 ,
10 A several tenth deal H6241 for one H259 lamb H3532 , throughout the seven H7651 L-RMS lambs H3532 :
11 One H259 MMS kid H8163 of the goats H5795 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the sin offering H2403 of atonement H3725 , and the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , and the meat offering H4503 of it , and their drink offerings H5262 .
12 And on the fifteenth H2568 day H3117 NMS of the seventh H7637 D-ONUM month H2320 LD-NMS ye shall have H1961 VQY3MS a holy H6944 convocation H4744 ; ye shall do H6213 no H3808 NADV servile H5656 work H4399 , and ye shall keep H2287 a feast H2282 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS seven H7651 RMS days H3117 NUM-MS :
13 And ye shall offer H7126 a burnt offering H5930 , a sacrifice made by fire H801 , of a sweet H5207 savor H7381 CMS unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS ; thirteen H7969 NFS young H1121 bullocks H6499 , two H8147 rams H352 , and fourteen H702 MMS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS ; they shall be H1961 without blemish H8549 :
14 And their meat offering H4503 shall be of flour H5560 mingled H1101 with oil H8081 , three H7969 NFS tenth deals H6241 unto every H259 D-AMS bullock H6499 of the thirteen H7969 NFS bullocks H6499 , two H8147 ONUM tenth deals H6241 to each H259 D-AMS ram H352 of the two H8147 rams H352 ,
15 And a several tenth deal H6241 to each H259 lamb H3532 of the fourteen H702 L-ONUM lambs H3532 :
16 And one H259 MMS kid H8163 of the goats H5795 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , his meat offering H4503 , and his drink offering H5262 .
17 And on the second H8145 D-ONUM day H3117 ye shall offer twelve H8147 young H1121 bullocks H6499 , two H8147 rams H352 , fourteen H702 MMS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS without spot H8549 :
18 And their meat offering H4503 and their drink offerings H5262 for the bullocks H6499 , for the rams H352 , and for the lambs H3532 , shall be according to their number H4557 , after the manner H4941 :
19 And one H259 MMS kid H8163 of the goats H5795 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , and the meat offering H4503 thereof , and their drink offerings H5262 .
20 And on the third H7992 D-ONUM day H3117 eleven H6249 bullocks H6499 , two H8147 rams H352 , fourteen H702 MMS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS without blemish H8549 ;
21 And their meat offering H4503 and their drink offerings H5262 for the bullocks H6499 , for the rams H352 , and for the lambs H3532 , shall be according to their number H4557 , after the manner H4941 :
22 And one H259 MMS goat H8163 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , and his meat offering H4503 , and his drink offering H5262 .
23 And on the fourth H7243 day H3117 ten H6235 bullocks H6499 , two H8147 rams H352 , and fourteen H702 MMS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS without blemish H8549 :
24 Their meat offering H4503 and their drink offerings H5262 for the bullocks H6499 , for the rams H352 , and for the lambs H3532 , shall be according to their number H4557 , after the manner H4941 :
25 And one H259 MMS kid H8163 of the goats H5795 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , his meat offering H4503 , and his drink offering H5262 .
26 And on the fifth H2549 day H3117 nine H8672 bullocks H6499 , two H8147 rams H352 , and fourteen H702 MMS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS without spot H8549 :
27 And their meat offering H4503 and their drink offerings H5262 for the bullocks H6499 , for the rams H352 , and for the lambs H3532 , shall be according to their number H4557 , after the manner H4941 :
28 And one H259 MMS goat H8163 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , and his meat offering H4503 , and his drink offering H5262 .

34 And one H259 MMS goat H8163 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , his meat offering H4503 , and his drink offering H5262 .
35 On the eighth H8066 day H3117 B-AMS ye shall have H1961 VQY3FS a solemn assembly H6116 : ye shall do H6213 no H3808 NADV servile H5656 work H4399 therein :
36 But ye shall offer H7126 a burnt offering H5930 , a sacrifice made by fire H801 , of a sweet H5207 savor H7381 CMS unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS : one H259 MMS bullock H6499 , one H259 MMS ram H352 , seven H7651 NUM-MS lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 NFS without blemish H8549 :
37 Their meat offering H4503 and their drink offerings H5262 for the bullock H6499 , for the ram H352 , and for the lambs H3532 , shall be according to their number H4557 , after the manner H4941 :
38 And one H259 MMS goat H8163 for a sin offering H2403 CFS ; beside H905 ML-NMS the continual H8548 burnt offering H5930 , and his meat offering H4503 , and his drink offering H5262 .
39 These H428 PMP things ye shall do H6213 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS in your set feasts H4150 , beside H905 your vows H5088 , and your freewill offerings H5071 , for your burnt offerings H5930 , and for your meat offerings H4503 , and for your drink offerings H5262 , and for your peace offerings H8002 .
