Genesis 22:1 (IRVTA) Indian Revised Version - Tamil

1 {ஆபிரகாம் சோதிக்கப்படுதல்} PS இந்தக் காரியங்கள் நடந்தபின்பு, தேவன் ஆபிரகாமைச் சோதித்தார்; எப்படியென்றால், அவர் அவனை நோக்கி: “ஆபிரகாமே” என்றார்; அவன்: “இதோ அடியேன்” என்றான்.
2 அப்பொழுது அவர்: “உன் மகனும், உனது ஒரேமகனும், உனக்குப் பிரியமான மகனுமாகிய ஈசாக்கை நீ இப்பொழுது அழைத்துக்கொண்டு, மோரியா தேசத்திற்குப் போய், அங்கே நான் உனக்குச் சொல்லும் மலைகள் ஒன்றின்மேல் அவனைத் தகனபலியாகப் பலியிடு” என்றார்.
3 ஆபிரகாம் அதிகாலையில் எழுந்து, தன் கழுதையின்மேல் சேணங்கட்டி, தன் வேலைக்காரர்களில் இரண்டுபேரையும் தன் மகன் ஈசாக்கையும் கூட்டிக்கொண்டு, தகனபலிக்கு விறகுகளையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, தேவன் தனக்குக் குறித்திருந்த இடத்திற்குப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனான்.
4 மூன்றாம் நாளில் ஆபிரகாம் தன் கண்களை ஏறெடுத்துப்பார்த்து, தூரத்திலே அந்த இடத்தைக் கண்டான்.
5 அப்பொழுது ஆபிரகாம் தன் வேலைக்காரர்களை நோக்கி: “நீங்கள் கழுதையுடன் இங்கே காத்திருங்கள், நானும் சிறுவனும் அந்த இடத்திற்குப் போய், தொழுதுகொண்டு, உங்களிடத்திற்குத் திரும்பி வருவோம்” என்றான்.
6 ஆபிரகாம் தகனபலிக்கு விறகுகளை எடுத்து, தன் மகனாகிய ஈசாக்கின்மேல் வைத்து, தன் கையிலே நெருப்பையும் கத்தியையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டான்; அவர்கள் இருவரும் சேர்ந்துபோனார்கள்.
7 அப்பொழுது ஈசாக்கு தன் தகப்பனாகிய ஆபிரகாமை நோக்கி: “என் தகப்பனே” என்றான்; அதற்கு அவன்: “என் மகனே, இதோ, இருக்கிறேன்” என்றான்; அப்பொழுது அவன்: “இதோ, நெருப்பும் விறகும் இருக்கிறது, தகனபலிக்கு ஆட்டுக்குட்டி எங்கே என்றான்”.
8 அதற்கு ஆபிரகாம்: “என் மகனே, தேவன் தகனபலிக்கான ஆட்டுக்குட்டியை அவரே கொடுப்பார்” என்றான்; அப்புறம் இருவரும் சேர்ந்துபோய்,
9 தேவன் அவனுக்குச் சொல்லியிருந்த இடத்திற்கு வந்தார்கள்; அங்கே ஆபிரகாம் ஒரு பலிபீடத்தை உண்டாக்கி, விறகுகளை அடுக்கி, தன் மகனாகிய ஈசாக்கைக் கட்டி, அந்தப் பலிபீடத்தில் அடுக்கிய விறகுகளின்மேல் அவனைப் படுக்கவைத்தான்.
10 பின்பு ஆபிரகாம் தன் மகனை வெட்டுவதற்காக தன் கையை நீட்டிக் கத்தியை எடுத்தான்.
11 அப்பொழுது யெகோவாவுடைய தூதனானவர் வானத்திலிருந்து, “ஆபிரகாமே, ஆபிரகாமே என்று கூப்பிட்டார்; அவன்: இதோ, அடியேன் என்றான்.
12 அப்பொழுது அவர்: “சிறுவன்மேல் உன் கையைப் போடாதே, அவனுக்கு ஒன்றும் செய்யாதே; நீ அவனை உன் மகன் என்றும், உனது ஒரே மகன் என்றும் பார்க்காமல் எனக்காக ஒப்புக்கொடுத்ததால் நீ தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவன் என்று இப்பொழுது தெரிந்துகொண்டேன்” என்றார்.
13 ஆபிரகாம் தன் கண்களை ஏறெடுத்துப் பார்க்கும்போது, இதோ, தனக்குப் பின்புறமாகப் புதரிலே தன் கொம்புகள் சிக்கிக்கொண்டிருந்த ஒரு ஆட்டுக்கடாவைக் கண்டான்; அப்பொழுது ஆபிரகாம் போய், கடாவைப் பிடித்து, அதைத் தன் மகனுக்குப் பதிலாகத் தகனபலியிட்டான்.
14 ஆபிரகாம் அந்த இடத்திற்கு “யேகோவாயீரே * யெகோவாவால் கொடுக்கப்படும் என்று பெயரிட்டான்; அதனால் யெகோவாவுடைய மலையில் பார்த்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்” என்று இந்த நாள்வரைக்கும் சொல்லப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
15 யெகோவாவுடைய தூதனானவர் இரண்டாவது முறை வானத்திலிருந்து ஆபிரகாமைக் கூப்பிட்டு:
16 “நீ உன் மகன் என்றும், உனது ஒரேமகன் என்றும் பார்க்காமல் அவனை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து இந்தக் காரியத்தைச் செய்ததால்;
17 நான் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவே ஆசீர்வதித்து, உன் சந்ததியை வானத்திலுள்ள நட்சத்திரங்களைப்போலவும், கடற்கரை மணலைப்போலவும் பெருகவே பெருகச்செய்வேன் என்றும், உன் சந்ததியார் தங்கள் எதிரிகளின் வாசல்களைச் சொந்தமாக்கிக் கொள்ளுவார்கள் என்றும்,
18 நீ என்னுடைய சொல்லுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்ததால், உன் சந்ததிக்குள் பூமியிலுள்ள அனைத்து தேசங்களும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்படும் என்றும் என்பேரில் ஆணையிட்டேன் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறார் என்றார்.
19 ஆபிரகாம் தன் வேலைக்காரர்களிடத்திற்குத் திரும்பிவந்தான்; அவர்கள் எழுந்து புறப்பட்டு, ஒன்றுசேர்ந்து பெயெர்செபாவுக்குப் போனார்கள்; ஆபிரகாம் பெயெர்செபாவிலே குடியிருந்தான். PS
20 {நாகோரின் மகன்கள்} PS இந்தக் காரியங்கள் நடந்தபின்பு, ஒருவன் ஆபிரகாமிடத்தில் வந்து: “மில்க்காளும் உன் சகோதரனாகிய நாகோருக்கு குழந்தைகளைப் பெற்றெடுத்தாள்;
21 அவர்கள் யாரென்றால், முதற்பிறந்தவனான ஊத்ஸ், அவனுடைய தம்பியாகிய பூஸ், ஆராமுக்குத் தகப்பனாகிய கேமுவேல்,
22 கேசேத், ஆசோ, பில்தாஸ், இத்லாப், பெத்துவேல் என்பவர்கள்; பெத்துவேல் ரெபெக்காளைப் பெற்றெடுத்தான்” என்று அறிவித்தான்.
23 அந்த எட்டுப்பேரை மில்க்காள் ஆபிரகாமுடைய சகோதரனாகிய நாகோருக்குப் பெற்றெடுத்தாள்.
24 ரேயுமாள் என்று பெயர்கொண்ட அவனுடைய மறுமனையாட்டியும், தேபா, காகாம், தாகாஸ், மாகா என்பவர்களைப் பெற்றெடுத்தாள். PE

2 And he said H559 W-VQY3MS , Take H3947 VQI2MS now H4994 IJEC thy son H1121 , thine only H3173 son Isaac H3327 , whom H834 RPRO thou lovest H157 , and get H1980 thee into H413 PREP the land H776 GFS of Moriah H4179 ; and offer H5927 him there H8033 ADV for a burnt offering H5930 upon H5921 PREP one H259 of the mountains H2022 which H834 RPRO I will tell H559 W-VQY3MS thee of H413 PREP .
3 And Abraham H85 rose up early H7925 in the morning H1242 B-NMS , and saddled H2280 his ass H2543 , and took H3947 W-VQY3MS two H8147 ONUM of his young men H5288 with H854 PREP-3MS him , and Isaac H3327 his son H1121 CMS-3MS , and cleaved H1234 the wood H6086 CMP for the burnt offering H5930 , and rose up H6965 W-VQY3MS , and went H1980 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP the place H4725 D-NMS of which H834 RPRO God H430 had told H559 him .
4 Then on the third H7992 D-ONUM day H3117 B-AMS Abraham H85 lifted up H5375 W-VQY3MS his eyes H5869 CMD-3MS , and saw H7200 W-VIY3MS the place H4725 D-NMS afar off H7350 .
5 And Abraham H85 said H559 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP his young men H5288 , Abide H3427 ye here H6311 ADV with H5973 the ass H2543 ; and I H589 W-PPRO-1MS and the lad H5288 will go H1980 yonder H3541 and worship H7812 , and come again H7725 to H413 PREP you .
6 And Abraham H85 took H3947 W-VQY3MS the wood H6086 CMP of the burnt offering H5930 , and laid H7760 W-VQY3MS it upon H5921 PREP Isaac H3327 his son H1121 CMS-3MS ; and he took H3947 W-VQY3MS the fire H784 in his hand H3027 B-CFS-3MS , and a knife H3979 ; and they went H1980 W-VQY3MP both H8147 ONUM-3MP of them together H3162 ADV .
7 And Isaac H3327 spoke H559 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP Abraham H85 his father H1 CMS-3MS , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , My father H1 CMS-1MS : and he said H559 W-VQY3MS , Here H2009 IJEC am I , my son H1121 . And he said H559 W-VQY3MS , Behold H2009 IJEC the fire H784 and the wood H6086 : but where H346 W-IGAT is the lamb H7716 for a burnt offering H5930 ?
8 And Abraham H85 said H559 W-VQY3MS , My son H1121 NMS-1MS , God H430 EDP will provide H7200 VQY3MS himself a lamb H7716 for a burnt offering H5930 : so they went H1980 W-VQY3MP both H8147 ONUM-3MP of them together H3162 ADV .
9 And they came H935 W-VQY3MP to H413 PREP the place H4725 D-NMS which H834 RPRO God H430 D-EDP had told H559 him of ; and Abraham H85 built H1129 W-VQY3MS an altar H4196 D-NMS there H8033 ADV , and laid the wood in order H6186 , and bound H6123 Isaac H3327 his son H1121 CMS-3MS , and laid H7760 W-VQY3MS him on H5921 PREP the altar H4196 D-NMS upon H4605 the wood H6086 .
10 And Abraham H85 stretched forth W-VQY3MS his hand H3027 CFS-3MS , and took H3947 W-VQY3MS the knife H3979 to slay H7819 his son H1121 .
11 And the angel H4397 of the LORD H3068 EDS called H7121 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP-3MS him out of H4480 PREP heaven H8064 D-NMD , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , Abraham H85 , Abraham H85 : and he said H559 W-VQY3MS , Here H2009 am I .
12 And he said H559 W-VQY3MS , Lay H7971 VQY2MS not H408 NPAR thine hand H3027 CFS-2MS upon H413 PREP the lad H5288 , neither H408 ADV do H6213 VQI3FS thou any thing H3972 unto him : for H3588 CONJ now H6258 ADV I know H3045 VQY1MS that H3588 CONJ thou H859 PPRO-2MS fearest H3373 AMS God H430 EDP , seeing thou hast not H3808 W-NPAR withheld H2820 thy son H1121 , thine only H3173 son from H4480 PREP-1MS me .
13 And Abraham H85 lifted up H5375 W-VQY3MS his eyes H5869 CMD-3MS , and looked H7200 W-VIY3MS , and behold H2009 IJEC behind H310 ADV him a ram H352 caught H270 in a thicket H5442 by his horns H7161 : and Abraham H85 went H1980 W-VQY3MS and took H3947 W-VQY3MS the ram H352 , and offered him up H5927 for a burnt offering H5930 in the stead of H8478 NMS his son H1121 .
14 And Abraham H85 called H7121 W-VQY3MS the name H8034 of that H1931 D-PPRO-3MS place H4725 D-NMS Jehovah H3070 - jireh : as H834 RPRO it is said H559 to this day H3117 D-AMS , In the mount H2022 of the LORD H3068 EDS it shall be seen H7200 VQY3MS .
15 And the angel H4397 of the LORD H3068 EDS called H7121 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP Abraham H85 out of H4480 PREP heaven H8064 D-AMD the second time H8145 CFS ,
16 And said H559 W-VQY3MS , By myself have I sworn H7650 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS , for H3588 CONJ because H3282 ADV thou hast done H6213 VQQ2MS this H2088 D-PMS thing H1697 D-NMS , and hast not H3808 W-NPAR withheld H2820 thy son H1121 , thine only H3173 son :
17 That H3588 CONJ in blessing H1288 I will bless H1288 thee , and in multiplying H7235 I will multiply H7235 VHY1MS thy seed H2233 CMS-2MS as the stars H3556 of the heaven H8064 D-NMD , and as the sand H2344 WKD-NMS which H834 RPRO is upon H5921 PREP the sea H3220 D-NMS shore H8193 CFS ; and thy seed H2233 CMS-2MS shall possess H3423 the gate H8179 NMS of his enemies H341 ;
18 And in thy seed H2233 shall all H3605 NMS the nations H1471 of the earth H776 D-GFS be blessed H1288 ; because H6118 thou hast obeyed H8085 VQQ2MS my voice H6963 .
19 So Abraham H85 returned H7725 unto H413 PREP his young men H5288 , and they rose up H6965 and went H1980 W-VQY3MP together H3162 ADV-3MS to H413 PREP Beer H884 - sheba ; and Abraham H85 dwelt H3427 W-VQY3MS at Beer H884 - sheba .
20 And it came to pass H1961 W-VQY3MS after H310 PREP these H428 D-DPRO-3MP things H1697 AMP , that it was told H5046 Abraham H85 , saying H559 L-VQFC , Behold H2009 IJEC , Milcah H4435 EFS , she H1931 PPRO-3FS hath also H1571 CONJ born H3205 children H1121 NMP unto thy brother H251 Nahor H5152 ;
21 Huz H5780 EMS his firstborn H1060 CMS-3MS , and Buz H938 his brother H251 CMS-3MS , and Kemuel H7055 the father H1 CMS-1MS of Aram H758 ,
22 And Chesed H3777 , and Hazo H2375 , and Pildash H6394 , and Jidlaph H3044 , and Bethuel H1328 .
23 And Bethuel H1328 begot H3205 VQQ3MS Rebekah H7259 : these H428 PMP eight H8083 MMS Milcah H4435 EFS did bear H3205 to Nahor H5152 , Abraham H85 \'s brother H251 CMS .
24 And his concubine H6370 , whose name H8034 was Reumah H7208 , she H1931 PPRO-3FS bore H3205 W-VQY3FS also H1571 CONJ Tebah H2875 , and Gaham H1514 , and Thahash H8477 , and Maachah H4601 .
