Numbers 24:1 (IRVTA) Indian Revised Version - Tamil

1 இஸ்ரவேலை ஆசீர்வதிப்பதே யெகோவாவுக்குப் பிரியம் என்று பிலேயாம் பார்த்தபோது, அவன் முந்திச் செய்து வந்ததுபோல யெகோவாவைப் பார்க்கப் போகாமல், வனாந்திரத்திற்கு நேராகத் தன்னுடைய முகத்தைத் திருப்பி,
2 தன்னுடைய கண்களை ஏறெடுத்து, இஸ்ரவேல் தன்னுடைய கோத்திரங்களின்படியே முகாமிட்டிருக்கிறதைப் பார்த்தான்; தேவஆவி அவன்மேல் வந்தது.
3 அப்பொழுது அவன் தன்னுடைய வாக்கியத்தை எடுத்துரைத்து:
“பேயோரின் மகனாகிய பிலேயாம் சொல்லுகிறதாவது,
கண் திறக்கப்பட்டவன் உரைக்கிறதாவது,
4 தேவன் அருளும் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு,
சர்வவல்லவரின் தரிசனத்தைக் கண்டு தாழவிழும்போது, கண் திறக்கப்பட்டவன் சொல்லுகிறதாவது,
5 யாக்கோபே, உன்னுடைய கூடாரங்களும், இஸ்ரவேலே,
உன்னுடைய தங்குமிடங்களும் எவ்வளவு அழகானவைகள்!
6 அவைகள் பரவிப்போகிற ஆறுகளைப்போலவும்,
நதியோரத்திலுள்ள தோட்டங்களைப்போலவும்,
யெகோவா நாட்டின சந்தனமரங்களைப்போலவும்,
தண்ணீர் அருகே உள்ள கேதுரு மரங்களைப்போலவும் இருக்கிறது.
7 அவர்களுடைய வாளிகளிலிருந்து தண்ணீர் பாயும்;
அவர்கள் விதை திரளான தண்ணீர்களில் பரவும்;
அவர்களுடைய ராஜா ஆகாகை விட உயருவான்;
அவர்களுடைய ராஜ்ஜியம் மேன்மையடையும்.
8 தேவன் அவர்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்படச்செய்தார்;
காண்டாமிருகத்திற்கு இணையான பெலன் அவர்களுக்கு உண்டு;
அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய எதிரிகளாகிய தேசத்தை தின்று,
அவர்களுடைய எலும்புகளை நொறுக்கி,
அவர்களைத் தங்களுடைய அம்புகளாலே எய்வார்கள்.
9 சிங்கம்போலவும் கொடிய சிங்கம்போலவும் மடங்கிப் படுத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்;
அவர்களை எழுப்புகிறவன் யார்?
உங்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறவன் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவன்,
உங்களைச் சபிக்கிறவன் சபிக்கப்பட்டவன்” PEPS என்றான்.
10 அப்பொழுது பாலாக் பிலேயாமின்மேல் கோபம் வந்தவனாகி, கையோடு கைதட்டி, பிலேயாமை நோக்கி: “என்னுடைய எதிரிகளைச் சபிக்க உன்னை அழைத்து வந்தேன்; நீயோ இந்த மூன்றுமுறையும் அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவே ஆசீர்வதித்தாய்.
11 ஆகையால் உன்னுடைய இடத்திற்கு ஓடிப்போ; உன்னை மிகவும் மேன்மைப்படுத்துவேன் என்றேன்; நீ மேன்மை அடையாதபடி யெகோவா தடுத்தார் என்றான்.
12 அப்பொழுது பிலேயாம் பாலாகை நோக்கி: “பாலாக் எனக்குத் தன்னுடைய வீடு நிறைய வெள்ளியும் பொன்னும் கொடுத்தாலும், நான் என்னுடைய மனதாக நன்மையையோ தீமையையோ செய்கிறதற்குக் யெகோவாவின் கட்டளையை மீறக்கூடாது; யெகோவா சொல்வதையே சொல்வேன் என்று,
13 நீர் என்னிடத்திற்கு அனுப்பின தூதுவர்களிடத்தில் நான் சொல்லவில்லையா?
14 இதோ, நான் என்னுடைய மக்களிடத்திற்குப் போகிறேன்; பிற்காலத்திலே இந்த மக்கள் உம்முடைய மக்களுக்குச் செய்வது இன்னதென்று உமக்குத் தெரிவிப்பேன் வாரும்” என்று சொல்லி. PS
15 {பிலேயாமின் நான்காவது தேவ வாக்கு} PS அவன் தன்னுடைய வாக்கியத்தை எடுத்துரைத்து:
“பேயோரின் மகன் பிலேயாம் சொல்லுகிறதாவது,
கண் திறக்கப்பட்டவன் உரைக்கிறதாவது,
16 தேவன் அருளும் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு,
உன்னதமான தேவன் அளித்த அறிவை அறிந்து,
உன்னதமான தேவனுடைய தரிசனத்தைக் கண்டு,
தாழவிழும்போது, கண் திறக்கப்பட்டவன் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;
17 அவரைக் காண்பேன், இப்பொழுது அல்ல;
அவரைத் தரிசிப்பேன், அருகாமையில் அல்ல;
ஒரு நட்சத்திரம் யாக்கோபிலிருந்து உதிக்கும்,
ஒரு செங்கோல் இஸ்ரவேலிலிருந்து எழும்பும்;
அது மோவாபின் எல்லைகளை நொறுக்கி,
சேத் சந்ததி * கலகக்காரரின் தலைகளை எல்லோரையும் நிர்மூலமாக்கும்.
18 ஏதோம் சுதந்தரமாகும், சேயீர் தன்னுடைய எதிரிகளுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகும்;
இஸ்ரவேல் பராக்கிரமம்செய்யும்.
19 யாக்கோபிலிருந்து தோன்றும் ஒருவர் ஆளுகை செய்வார்;
பட்டணங்களில் மீதியானவர்களை அழிப்பார்” PEPS என்றான்.
20 {பிலேயாமின் கடைசி தேவ வாக்கு} PS மேலும், அவன் அமலேக்கைப் பார்த்து,
தன்னுடைய வாக்கியத்தை எடுத்துரைத்து:
“அமலேக்கு முந்தியெழும்பினவன்; ஆனாலும் அவன் முடிவில் முற்றிலும் நாசமாவான் என்றான்.
21 அன்றியும் அவன் கேனியனைப் பார்த்து,
தன்னுடைய வாக்கியத்தை எடுத்துரைத்து:
“உன்னுடைய தங்குமிடம் பாதுகாப்பானது;
உன்னுடைய கூட்டைக் கன்மலையில் கட்டினாய்.
22 ஆகிலும் கேனியன் அழிந்துபோவான்;
அசூர் உன்னைச் சிறைபிடித்துக்கொண்டுபோக எத்தனை நாட்கள் ஆகும்” என்றான். PEPS
23 பின்னும் அவன் தன்னுடைய வாக்கியத்தை எடுத்துரைத்து: “ஐயோ, தேவன் இதைச்செய்யும்போது யார் பிழைப்பான்;
24 கித்தீமின் கடல் துறையிலிருந்து கப்பல்கள் வந்து, அசூரைச் சிறுமைப்படுத்தி, ஏபேரையும் வருத்தப்படுத்தும்; அவனும் முற்றிலும் அழிந்துபோவான்” என்றான்.
25 பின்பு பிலேயாம் எழுந்து புறப்பட்டு, தன்னுடைய இடத்திற்குத் திரும்பினான்; பாலாகும் தன்னுடைய வழியே போனான். PE

2 And Balaam H1109 lifted up H5375 W-VQY3MS his eyes H5869 CMD-3MS , and he saw H7200 W-VIY3MS Israel H3478 abiding H7931 VQPMS in his tents according to their tribes H7626 ; and the spirit H7307 NFS of God H430 NAME-4MP came H1961 W-VQY3FS upon H5921 PREP-3MS him .
3 And he took up H5375 W-VQY3MS his parable H4912 CMS-3MS , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , Balaam H1109 the son H1121 CMS-3MS of Beor H1160 hath said H5002 , and the man H1397 whose eyes H5869 are open H8365 hath said H5002 :
4 He hath said H5002 , which heard H8085 the words H561 CMP of God H410 EDS , which H834 RPRO saw H2372 the vision H4236 of the Almighty H7706 EDS , falling H5307 VQPMS into a trance , but having his eyes H5869 open H1540 :
5 How H4100 IPRO goodly H2895 are thy tents H168 , O Jacob H3290 , and thy tabernacles H4908 , O Israel H3478 LMS !
6 As the valleys H5158 are they spread forth H5186 , as gardens H1593 by H5921 PREP the river H5104 NMS \'s side , as the trees of lign aloes H174 which the LORD H3068 EDS hath planted H5193 , and as cedar trees H730 beside H5921 PREP the waters H4325 NMP .
7 He shall pour H5140 the water H4325 OMD out of his buckets H1805 , and his seed H2233 shall be in many H7227 AMP waters H4325 OMD , and his king H4428 shall be higher H7311 than Agag H90 , and his kingdom H4438 shall be exalted H5375 .
8 God H410 EDS brought him forth H3318 out of Egypt H4714 M-TFS ; he hath as it were the strength H8443 of a unicorn H7214 : he shall eat up H398 VQY3MS the nations H1471 NMP his enemies H6862 , and shall break H1633 their bones H6106 , and pierce them through H4272 with his arrows H2671 .
9 He couched H3766 , he lay down H7901 VQQ3MS as a lion H738 , and as a great lion H3833 : who H4310 IPRO shall stir him up H6965 ? Blessed H1288 is he that blesseth H1288 thee , and cursed H779 is he that curseth H779 thee .
10 And Balak H1111 \'s anger H639 CMS was kindled H2734 against H413 PREP Balaam H1109 , and he smote his hands together H5606 : and Balak H1111 said H559 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP Balaam H1109 , I called H7121 thee to curse H6895 mine enemies H341 , and , behold H2009 IJEC , thou hast altogether blessed H1288 VPQ2MS them these H2088 DPRO three H7969 MFS times H6471 .
11 Therefore now H6258 W-ADV flee H1272 thou to H413 PREP thy place H4725 : I thought H559 VQQ1MS to promote thee unto great honor H3513 ; but , lo H2009 IJEC , the LORD H3068 EDS hath kept thee back H4513 from honor H3519 .
12 And Balaam H1109 said H559 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP Balak H1111 , Spoke H1696 VPQ1MS I not H3808 I-NADV also H1571 CONJ to H413 PREP thy messengers H4397 which H834 RPRO thou sentest H7971 unto H413 PREP me , saying H559 W-VQY3MS ,
13 If H518 PART Balak H1111 would give H5414 VQY3MS me his house H1004 CMS-3MS full H4393 of silver H3701 NMS and gold H2091 , I cannot H3808 NADV go beyond H5674 the commandment H6310 of the LORD H3068 EDS , to do H6213 L-VQFC either good H2896 NFS or H176 CONJ bad H7451 AFS of mine own mind H3820 ; but what H834 RPRO the LORD H3068 EDS saith H1696 VPY3MS , that will I speak H1696 VPY1MS ?
14 And now H6258 W-ADV , behold H2009 , I go H1980 VQPMS unto my people H5971 : come H1980 VQI2MS-3FS therefore , and I will advertise H3289 thee what H834 RPRO this H2088 D-PMS people H5971 shall do H6213 VQY3MS to thy people H5971 in the latter H319 days H3117 D-NMP .
15 And he took up H5375 W-VQY3MS his parable H4912 CMS-3MS , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , Balaam H1109 the son H1121 CMS-3MS of Beor H1160 hath said H5002 , and the man H1397 whose eyes H5869 are open H8365 hath said H5002 :
16 He hath said H5002 , which heard H8085 the words H561 CMP of God H410 EDS , and knew H3045 the knowledge H1847 NFS of the most High H5945 AMS , which saw H2372 the vision H4236 of the Almighty H7706 EDS , falling H5307 VQPMS into a trance , but having his eyes H5869 open H1540 :
17 I shall see H7200 him , but not H3808 W-NPAR now H6258 ADV : I shall behold H7789 him , but not H3808 W-NPAR nigh H7138 AMS : there shall come H1869 a Star H3556 out of Jacob H3290 , and a Scepter H7626 CMS shall rise H6965 out of Israel H3478 , and shall smite H4272 the corners H6285 of Moab H4124 , and destroy H4272 all H3605 NMS the children H1121 of Sheth H8352 .
18 And Edom H123 shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS a possession H3424 , Seir H8165 LFS also shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS a possession H3424 for his enemies H341 ; and Israel H3478 shall do H6213 VQPMS valiantly H2428 NMS .
19 Out of Jacob H3290 shall come he that shall have dominion H7287 , and shall destroy H6 him that remaineth H8300 NMS of the city H5892 .
20 And when he looked on W-VIY3MS Amalek H6002 , he took up H5375 W-VQY3MS his parable H4912 CMS-3MS , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , Amalek H6002 was the first H7225 CFS of the nations H1471 NMP ; but his latter end H319 shall be that he perish H8 forever H5703 .
21 And he looked on W-VIY3MS the Kenites H7017 , and took up H5375 W-VQY3MS his parable H4912 CMS-3MS , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , Strong H386 is thy dwelling place H4186 , and thou puttest H7760 W-VQI2MS thy nest H7064 in a rock H5553 .
22 Nevertheless H518 PART the Kenite H7014 NAME-3MS shall be H1961 VQY3MS wasted H1197 , until H5704 PREP Asshur H804 GFS shall carry thee away captive H7617 .
23 And he took up H5375 W-VQY3MS his parable H4912 CMS-3MS , and said H559 W-VQY3MS , Alas H188 , who H4310 IPRO shall live H2421 when God H410 NMS doeth H7760 this !
24 And ships H6716 shall come from the coast H3027 M-GFS of Chittim H3794 W-EMS , and shall afflict H6031 Asshur H804 GFS , and shall afflict H6031 Eber H5677 EMS , and he H1931 PPRO-3MS also H1571 W-CONJ shall perish H8 forever H5703 .
25 And Balaam H1109 rose up H6965 W-VQY3MS , and went H1980 W-VQY3MS and returned H7725 to his place H4725 : and Balak H1111 also H1571 W-CONJ went H1980 VQQ3MS his way H1870 .
