Ezekiel 41:1 (AMP) Amplified Bibles

1 AND the man an angel brought me to the Holy Place of the temple and measured the wall pillars, six cubits broad on one side of the ten-cubit door and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle or tent later called the temple.
2 And the breadth of the entrance was ten cubits, and the leaves of the door were five cubits on the one side and five cubits on the other side; and he measured its length, forty cubits, and its breadth, twenty cubits.
3 Then the man being an angel, and unrestricted went inside the inner room, but went alone and measured each post of the door, two cubits, the doorway, six cubits, and the breadth of the entrance, seven cubits. Heb. 9:6, 7; 10:19-25.
4 And he measured the length of the interior of the second room in the temple proper, twenty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits; and he came out and said to me, This is the Most Holy Place (the Holy of Holies).
5 Then he measured the wall of the temple, six cubits thick to accommodate side chambers; and the breadth of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the temple proper on every side.
6 These side chambers were three stories high, one over another and thirty in each story; and they entered into the wall which belonged to the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold of the wall of the house, but they did not have hold of the wall of the temple.
7 And the side rooms became broader as they encompassed the temple higher and higher, for the encircling of the house went higher and higher round about the temple; therefore the breadth of the house continued upward, and so one went up from the lowest story to the highest one by way of the middle story on a winding stairway.
8 I saw also that the temple had an elevation or foundation platform round about it. The foundations of the side chambers measured a full reed measure of six long cubits.
9 The thickness of the outer wall of the side chamber was five cubits, as was the width of that part of the foundation that was left free of the side chambers that belonged to the house.
10 And between the free space of the foundation platform and the chambers was a breadth of twenty cubits round about the temple on every side.
11 And the doors of the attached side chambers opened on the free space that was left, one door toward the north and another door toward the south; and the breadth of the space on the foundation platform that was left free was five cubits round about.
12 And the building that faced the temple yard on the west side was seventy cubits broad, and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and its length ninety cubits.
13 And the man an angel in my vision measured the temple, a hundred cubits long; and the yard and the building with its walls, a hundred cubits long;
14 Also the breadth of the east front of the temple and the yard, a hundred cubits.
15 Then the man an angel measured the length of the building on the west side of the yard with its walls on either side, a hundred cubits. The Holy Place of the temple, the inner Holy of Holies, and the outer vestibule
16 Were roofed over, and all three had latticed windows all around. The inside walls of the temple were paneled with wood round about from the floor up to the windows and from the windows to the roof,
17 Including the space above the door leading to the inner room, inside and out. And on the walls round about in the inner room and the Holy Place were carvings,
18 With figures of cherubim and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces,
19 So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side. It was made this way through all the house round about.
20 From the floor to above the entrance were cherubim and palm trees made, and also on the wall of the temple the Holy Place.
21 The door frames of the temple were squared, and in front outside of the sanctuary or Holy of Holies was what appeared to be
22 An altar of wood, three cubits high and two cubits long and wide; and its corners, its base, and its sides were of wood. And the man an angel said to me, This is the table that is before the Lord.
23 And the temple or Holy Place and the sanctuary or Holy of Holies, had two doors one for each of them.
24 And the doors had two leaves apiece, two folding leaves--two leaves for the one door and two leaves for the other door.
25 And there were carved on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm trees, like those carved upon the walls; and there was also a canopy of wood in front of the porch outside.
26 And there were recessed windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side of the porch. Thus were the side chambers and the canopies of the house.

2 And the breadth H7341 W-CMS of the door H6607 was ten H6235 MFS cubits H520 ; and the sides H3802 of the door H6607 were five H2568 MFS cubits H520 on the one side H6311 , and five H2568 cubits H520 on the other side H6311 : and he measured H4058 the length H753 thereof , forty H705 MMP cubits H520 UFS : and the breadth H7341 W-CMS , twenty H6242 cubits H520 .
3 Then went H935 he inward H6441 , and measured H4058 the post H352 of the door H6607 , two H8147 MFD cubits H520 ; and the door H6607 , six H8337 RFS cubits H520 ; and the breadth H7341 W-CMS of the door H6607 , seven H7651 MFS cubits H520 .
4 So he measured H4058 the length H753 thereof , twenty H6242 cubits H520 UFS ; and the breadth H7341 W-CMS , twenty H6242 cubits H520 UFS , before H413 PREP the temple H1964 : and he said H559 W-VQY3MS unto H413 PREP me , This H2088 DPRO is the most holy H6944 place .
5 After he measured H4058 the wall H7023 of the house H1004 D-NMS , six H8337 RFS cubits H520 ; and the breadth H7341 W-CMS of every side chamber H6763 D-GFS , four H702 MFS cubits H520 , round about H5439 ADV the house H1004 on every side H5439 ADV .
6 And the side chambers H6763 were three H7969 MFS , one H6763 over H413 PREP another H6763 , and thirty H7970 W-MMP in order H6471 NFP ; and they entered H935 into the wall H7023 which H834 RPRO was of the house H1004 for the side chambers H6763 round about H5439 ADV , that they might have H1961 hold H270 , but they had H1961 VQY3MP not H3808 W-NPAR hold H270 in the wall H7023 of the house H1004 .
7 And there was an enlarging H7337 , and a winding about H5437 still upward H4605 to the side chambers H6763 : for H3588 CONJ the winding about H4141 of the house H1004 D-NMS went still upward H4605 round about H5439 ADV the house H1004 : therefore H3651 ADV the breadth H7341 of the house H1004 was still upward H4605 , and so H3651 ADV increased H5927 VQY3MS from the lowest H8481 chamber to H5921 PREP the highest H5945 by the midst H8484 .
8 I saw H7200 also the height H1363 CMS of the house H1004 round about H5439 ADV : the foundations H4328 of the side chambers H6763 were a full H4393 reed H7070 of six H8337 RFS great H679 cubits H520 .
9 The thickness H7341 of the wall H7023 , which H834 RPRO was for the side chamber H6763 without H2351 , was five H2568 MFS cubits H520 : and that which H834 RPRO was left H5117 was the place H1004 CMS of the side chambers H6763 that H834 RPRO were within H1004 .
10 And between H996 W-PREP the chambers H3957 was the width H7341 of twenty H6242 cubits H520 UFS round about H5439 ADV the house H1004 on every side H5439 ADV .
11 And the doors H6607 W-CMS of the side chambers H6763 D-GFS were toward the place that was left H5117 , one H259 MMS door H6607 CMS toward H1870 NMS the north H6828 , and another H259 MMS door H6607 W-CMS toward the south H1864 : and the breadth H7341 W-CMS of the place H4725 CMS that was left H5117 was five H2568 MFS cubits H520 round about H5439 ADV .
12 Now the building H1146 that H834 RPRO was before H413 PREP the separate place H1508 at the end H6285 toward H1870 the west H3220 D-NMS was seventy H7657 ONUM cubits H520 UFS broad H7341 ; and the wall H7023 of the building H1146 was five H2568 cubits H520 thick H7341 round about H5439 ADV , and the length H753 thereof ninety H8673 MMP cubits H520 .
13 So he measured H4058 the house H1004 D-NMS , a hundred H3967 MFS cubits H520 UFS long H753 CMS ; and the separate place H1508 , and the building H1140 , with the walls H7023 thereof , a hundred H3967 MFS cubits H520 long H753 CMS ;
14 Also the breadth H7341 W-CMS of the face H6440 CMP of the house H1004 D-NMS , and of the separate place H1508 toward the east H6921 , a hundred H3967 MFS cubits H520 .
15 And he measured H4058 the length H753 of the building H1146 over against H413 PREP the separate place H1508 which H834 RPRO was behind H5921 PREP it , and the galleries H862 thereof on the one side H6311 and on the other side H6311 , a hundred H3967 MFS cubits H520 UFS , with the inner H6442 temple H1964 , and the porches H197 of the court H2691 ;
16 The door posts H5592 , and the narrow H331 windows H2474 , and the galleries H862 round about H5439 ADV on their three stories H7969 , over against H5048 the door H5592 , ceiled H7824 with wood H6086 NMS round about H5439 ADV , and from the ground H776 WD-GFS up to H5704 PREP the windows H2474 , and the windows H2474 were covered H3680 ;
17 To H5921 PREP that above H5921 PREP the door H6607 , even unto H5704 W-PREP the inner H6442 house H1004 D-NMS , and without H2351 , and by H413 W-PREP all H3605 NMS the wall H7023 round about H5439 ADV within H6442 and without H2435 , by measure H4060 .
18 And it was made H6213 with cherubims H3742 and palm trees H8561 , so that a palm tree H8561 was between H996 PREP a cherub H3742 and a cherub H3742 ; and every cherub H3742 had two H8147 faces H6440 NMP ;
19 So that the face H6440 W-CMP of a man H120 NMS was toward H413 PREP the palm tree H8561 on the one side H6311 , and the face H6440 of a young lion H3715 toward H413 PREP the palm tree H8561 on the other side H6311 : it was made H6213 through H413 PREP all H3605 NMS the house H1004 D-NMS round about H5439 ADV .
20 From the ground H776 unto H5704 PREP above H5921 M-PREP the door H6607 were cherubims H3742 and palm trees H8561 made H6213 , and on the wall H7023 of the temple H1964 .
21 The posts H4201 of the temple H1964 were squared H7251 , and the face H6440 W-CMP of the sanctuary H6944 ; the appearance H4758 of the one as the appearance H4758 of the other .
22 The altar H4196 D-NMS of wood H6086 NMS was three H7969 MFS cubits H520 high H1364 AMS , and the length H753 thereof two H8147 cubits H520 ; and the corners H4740 thereof , and the length H753 thereof , and the walls H7023 thereof , were of wood H6086 NMS : and he said H1696 W-VPY3MS unto H413 PREP-1MS me , This H2088 DPRO is the table H7979 that H834 RPRO is before H6440 L-CMP the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
23 And the temple H1964 and the sanctuary H6944 had two H8147 W-OFD doors H1817 .
24 And the doors H1817 had two H8147 W-OFD leaves H1817 apiece , two H8147 MFD turning H4142 leaves H1817 ; two H8147 MFD leaves for the one H259 MFS door H1817 , and two H8147 leaves H1817 for the other H312 door .
25 And there were made H6213 on H413 PREP them , on H413 PREP the doors H1817 of the temple H1964 , cherubims H3742 and palm trees H8561 , like as H834 K-RPRO were made H6213 upon the walls H7023 ; and there were thick H5645 planks H6086 NMS upon H413 PREP the face H6440 CMP of the porch H197 without H2351 .
26 And there were narrow H331 windows H2474 and palm trees H8561 on the one side H6311 and on the other side H6311 , on H413 PREP the sides H3802 of the porch H197 , and upon the side chambers H6763 of the house H1004 D-NMS , and thick planks H5646 .
