13 રહાબામ રાજાએ યરુશાલેમમાં બળવાન થઈને રાજ કર્યું. તે રાજા થયો ત્યારે તે એકતાળીસ વર્ષનો હતો. તેણે યરુશાલેમ નગર કે, જેને યહોવાએ પોતાનું નામ રાખવા માટે ઇઝરાયલના સર્વ કુળોમાંથી પસંદ કર્યું હતું, ત્યાં સત્તર વર્ષ સુધી રાજ કર્યું. તેની માનું નામ નામાહ હતું, તે આમ્મોનેણ હતી.
